Welcome to M&M's Days HOF. This is where we spotlight those great characters who have sadly left the show. They may be gone, but they aren't forgotten.

Carrie Brady

Who could dislike this sweet gal? Well, maybe near the end there she wasn't so sweet when she had an affair with Mike, but who cares! Austin was being a jerk at the time and Carrie had no choice. Carrie was always tortured by her evil half-sister Sami. Sami pulled every stunt in the book to keep her away from Austin. It seemed like Carrie would never be happy with him while Sami was around. Sadly, the relationship between Austin and Carrie ended in divorce - but that was also a good thing because she ended up falling in love with resident doctor, Mike Horton. They had a great romance going on, and Carrie finally left Salem by riding off into the sunset with Mike. Let's hope that wherever Carrie is, she is happy with Mike. We will miss those Carrie vs. Sami chick fights they always had...

Mike Horton

The man that never sleeps - it's the good Doctor Mike Horton, former Chief of Staff at University Hospital. Probably the only nice guy to come through Salem. Sure, he had his flaws, like lusting after a married woman, but who could ever dislike this man? It was heartbreaking to see him love Carrie from afar for so long, but we all were happy when he and Carrie finally consumated their love in Vegas. It wasn't right, but Carrie and Mike loved each other very deeply. Thankfully both Mike and Carrie left Salem before their love could be tarnished! Maybe someday both Mike and Carrie can come back and have a lavish Salem wedding? Who knows, but we all will miss Mike, even if it's just a little bit!

Ali McIntyre

This woman was the epitome of INSANE! She seemed fairly normal at first as one of the nurses who was causally dating Mike Horton. When Ali and Mike "did the deed" she became hooked to Mike's lovin'. She slowly got more and more jealous of Mike and Carrie's relationship, and when Mike finally broke it off whith Ali, she flipped out. She vowed to do anything to get Mike back. She tried her hardest to get into Mike's bed again. Eventually she got so crazy that she tried to sue Mike for sexual harassment in some crazy attempt to get him back. She even hired someone attack Carrie, attempted to commit suicide, and also had conversations with this Barbie she carried around in her purse who she thought was Carrie! This woman became more and more insane, and eventually was forced to leave Salem to get help. Although she was completely whacked-out, we will still miss her!

Susan Banks

Susan Banks - who could ever forget this crazy character? Susan is notorious for her crazy taste in clothes, her obsession with Elvis, her fear of vampires, and the way she said lines like, "That Kris-tan, she's just mean, mean, mean!" Susan came into Salem as a stand-in for Kristen while she was pretending to be pregnant, but Susan developed into a storyline all by herself. She had one sister who was a nun, one who was crazy actress named Penelope, and some freaky brother. Although she is gone from Salem, we can at least be happy that she is safe with her son Elvis and her main-squeeze Edmund. Her zaney personality will be missed though!!

Edmund Crumb

We never really got know know a great deal about this British character, but we do know that he was madly in love with Susan Banks. This man was 100% sweet, but also a bit on the nerd side - which fit Susan perfectly. He vowed to protect Susan and her son Elvis, and the two got married and headed off to England to hide out from Stefano and Kristen. Edmund...you will be missed by all.

Eric Brady

Boy, do we miss looking at (i.e. drooling over) this guy!! He probably was one of the best looking guys to ever live in Salem. We will never forget his boyish charm, and how nice he was. He could be considered the "good twin" of the Sami/Eric twin duo. Everyone in Salem respected this young man. It was a shame to see him leave. The only thing this fan of Days regrets is that he left on a sour note. By the time he was getting ready to leave, I think a lot of people were disliking this character. He was treating Greta like crap, as he was under Nicole's spell. I still cannot see what he saw in her - must have been the "lovemaking" bond that they shared or something... But anyway, I really hope he returns to Salem. Maybe in a few years they will bring back this character, and recast him with another actor, but I definitely hope Jensen would come back to play Eric again. Eric wouldn't be the same without that actor. Plus, I doubt they could get anyone cuter than him!

Princess Gina

This woman was very evil, but in a lot of ways, misunderstood. She wished to get reunited with her only true love: John. She was beautiful and sophisticated, and even though she was locked up in a turret for years and years, she still managed to end up looking gorgeous for her final revenge. Even though she messed up a lot for the citizens of Salem, she was still a fun character. And don't forget, without her we wouldn't have the pleasure of knowing Greta! She may be dead, but her spirit will always live on.

Vivian Alamain

Who could ever forget this fiery vixen! She caused so many problems for a lot of people in this town, especially for Kate! She made alliances with Kristen and Sami a few times, as well as with Stefano. She brought an air of humor to the show. She even lost her fortune, but regained it when she got together with Jonesy. Her departure from the show came too soon, but maybe someday she will return to Salem, with her beloved Ivan! At least one can hope.
