Kristy Swanson

Kristy Swanson was born on December 19, 1969 in Mission Viejo, CA. When she was only nine, Kristy decided she wanted to act, and by the age of fifteen had completed about thirty commercials. The next year, she made her feature film debut in the movie "Ferris Bueller's Day Off", as Simone, one of Ferris's classmates. In 1987, Kristy got her first starring role in a film version of the chilling novel "Flowers in the Attic". She has also appeared in the movie "Deadly Friend", as the, uh, deadly friend. Kristy is probably best known for her role as "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" in the original film version. After leaving "Early Edition", Kristy starred in the short-lived 1999 TV comedy "Grapevine". She can next be seen in next year's "Dude, Where's My Car?", starring Ashton Kutcher, about a bunch of potheads who forget where they parked their car.

Erica's exit: Erica Paget left Chicago and returned to her parents in her hometown, claiming she and her son needed love and assurance in their lives [Season 3, episode title "Blowing Up Is Hard To Do"].
