These nice folks from Alabama bought the Don Knotts autographed Squad Car Cookie Jar, the Harvey Bullock autographed "Opie, the Birdman" script, the basket from the estate of Frances Bavier, and the beautiful quilt that Kathy Taylor made. The quilt was autographed by all of the TAGS folks at Mayberry Days this year.
**HERE ARE SOME MORE PICTURES FROM THE AUCTION
COMPLIMENTS OF MR. SCHWUMP**.

There is always music everywhere you turn in Mayberry. As we were going from the Playhouse back to Main Street, we saw this couple playing and singing in the gazebo in the public parking lot. They were singing old-time gospel songs and just in the 4 or 5 songs we listened to he played the 12-string guitar and banjo and she played the 12-string guitar, the hammered dulcimer, and this little saxaphone looking thing. There was a mandolin there too so at least one of them played it. There were several folks sitting around listening. A really nice few minutes out of a really nice weekend.........

And then Jeff received an award from TAGSRWC for all he does to promote TAGS and Mayberry Days. He was very humbled and we were all very proud for him.
