Chase and August are witnesses to a drive-by killing. Inspecting the man's belongings, they find a laptop computer and a file on it that contains James Harris' name. James is not too keen on discussing his shadowy past, but finds himself facing it once again when an old CIA buddy comes to see him. As the mystery unfolds and James becomes the primary suspect, the detective is swept back up in a life he thought he'd left behind. Meanwhile, August and Kendra receive exciting news.
