During one of L.A.'s largest and wettest rainstorms ever, Chase finds himself reliving the painful memory of his father's murder as he and August pursue a robbery suspect he knows all too well. Meanwhile, he's unexpectedly reunited with a former girlfriend, a detective who has just transferred out from New York, and faces the possibility of restarting a once-intense relationship.
