DASTARDLY DEEDS: Used the Reaper as a decoy to avoid the police. Killed two young girls and almost a third.
DEMISE: Killed himself by causing a building explosion.
FINAL RATING: *** Has the makings of a womanizing, bloodthirsty killer.

NAME: Ward Velasco (Portrayed by Paul Edding)
EPISODE: Words Will Never Hurt Me
INFO: Sociopath who was heavily influenced by a loud-mouthed shock jock named Jerry Maxwell, whose hateful words caused him to kill those who were targeted by the DJ.
DASTARDLY DEEDS: Killed those Maxwell criticized. Held Chase hostage and attempted to kill him. Accidentally shot Maxwell.
DEMISE: Did not die, but was arrested after being shot by August.
FINAL RATING: **** Obviously psychotic to the point where he listens to and obeys radio garbage.

NAME: Frank Morello (Portrayed by Ray Laska)
EPISODE: My Brother's Keeper
INFO: Big-time New York crime boss, whose kid brother, Joey, was shot and killed by Chase during a hostage stand-off following a robbery. Wanted revenge on Chase.
DASTARDLY DEEDS: Stalked Chase. Killed Chase's accountant, artist friend, and car mechanic. Blew up Judith Sand's apartment building
DEMISE: Shot and killed by Chase after an intense fight.
FINAL RATING: **** Nothing but revenge mattered to this guy.

NAME: Robert Hatcher (Portrayed by Angelo Tiffe)
EPISODE: Falcon, Death House
INFO: August's former partner, who went undercover to nail drug-dealing bikers and was caught up in the lifestyle, becoming a dealer himself.
DASTARDLY DEEDS: Killed rival drug dealers (Falcon). Sought revenge on August in a no-holds-barred brawl in El Toro (Death House).
DEMISE: Did not die. Was beaten up by August and remained in prison.
FINAL RATING: ***** One of the most ruthless criminals August and Chase ever came up against.

NAME: Michael Mills (Portrayed by Jeremy Roberts)
EPISODE: Call of the Wild
INFO: A religiously-motivated serial killer who believed that God was guiding him in his killings.
DASTARDLY DEEDS: Killed two of his arresting officers in gruesome fashion. Had his brother, Frankie, bust him out of jail. Placed August on a crucifix in an elaborate execution attempt.
DEMISE: Stabbed and killed by August during a cliffside fight.
FINAL RATING: ***** A heartless killer who almost silenced August forever.

NAME: James Burquette (Portrayed by Richard Keats)
EPISODE: Cop Killer
INFO: Businessman who wanted revenge on the cops who accidentally caused the death of his wife during a high-speed chase with a wanted suspect.
DASTARDLY DEEDS: Killed some of the CHP involved with the accident. Attempted to murder August in drive-by fashion. Tried to run Chase down.
DEMISE: Died when his car sailed from a parking garage attempting to kill Chase.
FINAL RATING: ** Not a trained killer. Was sloppy and uncoordinated.

NAME: Willie Mathers (Portrayed by Robert Factor)
EPISODE: Professor Benton
INFO: Professional jewel thief.
DASTARDLY DEEDS: Killed August's good friend, Professor Larry Benton, an innocent bystander, after a heist.
DEMISE: Did not die. Was arrested by August.
FINAL RATING: **1/2 A pro crook who killed Benton out of blind haste.

NAME: Bobby Cole (Portrayed by Gary Hudson)
EPISODE: Eyewitness, The Monk, Bad Reputation, Armageddon, Vengeance
INFO: Drug lord who constantly evaded authorities. Bought his way to obscurity by bribing law officials who had tabs on him.
DASTARDLY DEEDS: Tried to have his accountant, known only as The Monk, killed. Ordered his hitman to kill the only witness to one of the hitman's shootings, a blind dancer. Ordered the killing of Chase's girlfriend, Det. Nicole Stockman. Mortally wounded undercover F.B.I. Agent Schoenrock, ordered his henchman to kill Jose Montoya, and carried out an assassination attempt on Senator Pack.
DEMISE: Shot and killed by Chase in a marina showdown.
FINAL RATING: ***** Chase and August's worst enemy. Responsible for the deaths of major key characters, including Nicole Stockman.
