Now this is the kind of episode that shows just how far Power Rangers has come. "Truth Discovered" had It all, Jaw dropping fight scenes, emotion, a great story, an ending that wasn't really an "ending", and a zord fight for you out there who don't think PR Is complete unless It has a zord fight In the episode. There was only one thing that kept this episode from getting a 10, and I think you all know what that was. Yes, Vypra.
By this time both last year and two years ago both Astronema and Trakeena had gotten the hang of acting and settled Into their roles. Why, I ask, Isn't It the same with Vypra? I mean, doesn't Saban look for people with talent as well as good looks? Sure, Vypra's pretty, but that doesn't matter In the least If she can't act her way out of a paper bag!
As for the episode, I liked all of It, from the beginning when Captain Mitchell retold the story of that fateful night to the end when Ryan and the Cap fell off that cliff and the Captain showed his son just how much he wanted him to live that night, by possibly giving up his own life. This was emotional stuff!
I especially liked the morphed face-off between Dana and Ryan. That was intense morphed action and I loved every bit of It. The monster battle was cool as well, but I especially liked the fact that Archie Kao voiced the monster! I thought that was cool. I never really care for zord battles, but the Sentai action was pretty good, too. That's about all I have to say on the episode.
BTW, the guy who plays Ryan Is a pretty good actor In my opinion.
See Ya' Later!
