WHOA!!!
Well, that about sums up my opinion on this excellent episode. Of course It had some down points...I'm sure I can find some In there somewhere...If I look hard enough...Oh, I give up. ;)
Well, Mike Chaturantabut is solidified as MY FAVORITE BLUE RANGER EVER!! His performance In this episode was outstanding, to say the least. Both His acting and Martial arts skills are incredible. I loved every minute he was on the screen.
But, perhaps I've gushed enough.
Okay, this episode began with a very good opening that helped to emphasize that Chad is a Sea-lovin' kinda guy. I really liked the music In the background. 'Twas very serene and peaceful.
Afterwards, Chad comes back Into the LightSpeed Aqua Base, apparently It's quite early In the morning, because Chad wakes Kelsey up from a peaceful slumber. Kelsey remarks that he gets up every morning "To swim with the fishes." And they call her crazy? Anyway, Chad drags Kelsey off to what resembles the dojo from VR Troopers and they practice Tai-Chi, to which Kelsey remarks Bicycling is more her style. Eventually, They meet up with Brian, the local Bully of sorts, and the monster of the day, Smogger, and all have a good time knocking eachother senseless.
But, back to the Chad scenes. Awesome! I loved every minute of It. This has got to be the most brutal human vs. human fighting we've ever had on PR. I loved It, from the high-flying kicks, to the awesome flips. Mike Chat's got to be the most experienced Ranger we've ever had as far as Martial Arts skills go.
And the ending was cool, with Kelsey now determined to teach Chad how to talk to girls. Overarall this has been my favorite episode so far this season. I loved It!! (As If I haven't said that enough)
See Ya' Later!
