Fran & Liz

Elizabeth Taylor appeared on The Nanny in episode "Where's the Pearls." The episode appeared in the third season and aired on February 26, 1996.

As Ms. Elizabeth Taylor-Hilton-Wilding-Todd-Fisher-Burton-Burton-Warner- Fortensky showed amazement at Fran's unmarried status, she later proceeded to ask Fran to call a bonded courier to come collect a necklace and deliver it for her.

But Fran, listening to her ma's pearls of wisdom instead, decided to take the string of pearls and deliver it herself. Fun and mayhem soon ensued.

This was the first part of a four part promotion for Ms. Taylor's perfume, "Black Pearls."

This was the episode where the name for this site hails from. As Niles approaches Elizabeth Taylor, the usually unflappable, dapper butler greets her with the line:

"Hello, Tiss Maylor, I'm Biles the Nutler."
