Jean Ford
Jean Ford has the *Story By* credit for 'Green Card' from Season 3. She also had some minor roles in The Nanny. She played the nurse in 'The Christmas Episode,' a teller in 'Bank Robbery,' a maid in 'The Dinner Party' and the flower lady in 'The Finale.' She was part of The Nanny crew from the very beginning.
Her list of credits includes writing for soap operas like 'The Bold and The Beautiful,' and a TV sitcom from the 1980's, 'Small Wonder.' She was also in this TV show from the 1970's called Fernwood 2 Night.
"Fernwood...I played "Jean" from "Jean's house of cakes". I was their "pretend" sponsor. I was on six shows before they got cancelled. I actually did make the cakes from scratch to suit whatever the joke was that day and afterwards, the crew ate the cakes. I always made them big so that there would be enough to go around.
I made a bathroom sink cake, a funeral cake, an upside down wedding cake and foot/leg cake....etc."
