An old high school friend of Fran's talks her into dating a rich older man. Fran soon finds herself jetting to Paris, stuffing lobster into her purse to eat later, and realizing how well a tiara matches her robe in the morning.

Efrem Zimbalist Jr. played her boyfriend in this episode. He had everything Fran was looking for in a man, except for his attention. Having a 'Sugar Daddy' didn't turn out to be as fun as she thought it would be. CC quickly took her place!
