Dear Zooey: West, who plays Billy Campbell's son on Once and Again, costars in the feature Get Over It, with Kirsten Dunst and Ben Foster. The Dimension Films release hits theaters in March.

West says he's looking at scripts for movie projects that could be shot during his hiatus, but he's wary of the pending writers strike. "If you book something, and it shoots in May," he said in a recent interview, "it'll probably have to shut down if we go out in June."

West also voiced concern about all the productions being hurried before the cameras without adequate rewrite and prep time. So, I'd say the young star is weighing his options carefully.__E!Online.com (January 23, 2001)
