"Once and Again" Earns Prism Award
Four programs and two public service campaigns airing on the ABC Television Network were honored at the Fourth Annual Prism Awards, which champion accurate depiction of drug and alcohol abuse in movies and television. The Awards are given under the auspices of the Entertainment Industries Council, Inc. in partnership with the National Institute for Drug Abuse and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
The top honor for TV drama series, the Prism Award, went to "Once and Again" for the episode "Outside Hearts." In the episode, written by Alexa Junge and directed by series cast member Todd Field, when Eli and Grace attend a wild party that ends with a visit from the paramedics, Lily and Rick realize how tough it is to let their kids grow up and make their own mistakes.__UltimateTV.com (March 24, 2000)
