Entertainment Weekly's Ken Tucker gives "The Second Time Around" a grade of "A"

In a magically complicated, funny, heartwarming, and -breaking conclusion to what's proven to be a magnificent second season, Sela Ward's Lily and Billy Campbell's Rick get married. But, this being O&A, their hitching is full of hitches.
