Hannah immediately assumed her mother's roles, caring for her suffering father and mischievous brother.

Hannah has been the object of Colonel Clay Mosby's affection since his arrival in Curtis Wells. Hannah has often found herself in the middle of the two men, even though her heart belongs only to Newt.
