Once apon a time, there was this boy that went by the name of Fox William Mulder.
Fox suffered a big loss at age 12 when his kid sister, Samantha, disappeared.
Fox feared that his sister was abducted from their home, by aliens.
Now, Fox Mulder soon grew up and got a good education and then moved on to become a FBI agent. Not long after being assigned to the violent crimes section (where all of his peers called him spooky) Agent Mulder discovered the X-files. Down in the basement of The Hoover Building, he read as many X-files as he could that had to do with aliens and the paranormal with hopes of finding his sister.
The FBI was not fond of the X-files and wanted them to be shut down. So, they sent another agent, with a medical background, down to the basement to debunk Agent Mulder's work. Her name was Dana Katherine Scully (the skeptic).
Dana Scully tried to debunk Agent Mulder's work with her scientific theories but soon found herself intrigued by what they were investigating. Overtime, the partners became friends. They trusted each other and no one else.
They became involved in a complicated conspiracy about the existence of extraterrestrials. The main man behind the conspiracy was the cigarette smoking man (picture unavailable because I couldn't find a cigarette). A man who they didn't know his true name and who never put a cigarette down. C.S.M. had other men working with him (including the infamous Alex Krycek) in the conspiracy called the syndicate.......but the aliens killed them.
Mulder and Scully had a boss that was actually part of the conspiracy but was, in truth, on their side. He is Assistant Director Walter Skinner.
Mulder had help from sources in the conspiracy throughout the years, to help him find the truth.
These sources include deepthroat, X, Marita covoajdubiabuaus(uh huh, geez).
Mulder and Scully also had 3 friends that helped them from time to time. They ran a paper called The Lone Gunmen. Their names were Melvin Frohike, Ringo Langly, and John Byers.
The Agents went through a lot due to this conspiracy. Scully was abducted and subjected to tests that left her barren and gave her cancer. Both of them had countless near death experiences, including the time Mulder had to go rescue Scully from an alien ship in the antarctic. These experiences only brought the partners closer to one another. They had a deep respect for each other. And did they love each other??? OH YES!!!
The X-files were closed down and re-opened a few times. During that time Mulder and Scully gained a new boss. Unlike Skinner, he was not to fond of them. His name: Deputy Director Alvin Kersh.
Mulder and Scully lost family due to this conspiracy. Mulder lost his father and Scully lost her sister, with Krycek doing most of the dirty work. Mulder also lost his mother because of C.S.M and the conspiracy. Scully lost her father not due to the conspiracy but had a daughter that died because of it. :(
After several years of searching, Mulder's quest for his sister finally ended. He found out that she had been living with C.S.M. (name actually being C.G.B. Spender)and being tested on for the conspiracy. Samantha Mulder died at the age of 14.
Just when Mulder and Scully were taking their relationship up to the next level, Mulder was abducted. After he had disappeared, Scully found out that she was pregnant, contrary to her belief that she was barren.
During Mulder's absence, Scully was assigned a new partner to help her find her old partner. She didn't accept him at first but then he became more invested in the quest. His name is John Doggett.
Months passed and one day Mulder had appeared; but when they found him, he was presumed dead. They had a funeral and buried him 6 feet under. 3 months later Scully got news that Skinner dug Mulder back up when he realized that he wasn't dead. Billy Miles (from Mulder and Scully's first case together) had been abducted and returned in the same state Mulder was, but lived because he became alien. Scully gave Mulder a special treatment that would make him return to life without becoming what Billy Miles had become. And it worked. Mulder was back.
And just who was the father of Scully's baby? Was it Mulder? Or was it totally something different than human? More human than human...... Nah, it was Mulder (duh).
Meanwhile, Kersh fired Mulder from the FBI, so he was out of the job. Scully left for maternity leave and Doggett was all alone with the X-files.
Then her due date came. Billy Miles (or not) wanted her baby because he thought it was more human than human. So Doggett called his FBI friend, Agent Monica Reyes, and Mulder, Skinner, and Doggett sent Scully and Reyes to another state for the birth, to get away from Billy Miles. It didn't matter because Billy still found them.
The baby was born. The aliens found out that it was a regular human baby and didn't take it. Mulder came to rescue, once again, for Scully and the baby.
Agent John Doggett signed Agent Monica Reyes to the X-files and told D.D. Kersh off. Oh yeah, Krycek was shot, by Skinner, and died.
Mulder and Scully welcomed their new addition to family. A baby boy named William, after Mulder's father. 8 years gone by and a happy family was born. :)
Oh, but wait! That's not all folks....The happy family was split up for little Will's protection. Mulder went into hiding to protect his son....but by the time he came back unexpectingly for a trial...Willy's mother had all ready given him up for adoption for his protection.
Mulder went on trial for "killing" a super-soldier and supposedly learning "the truth", which is basically the end of the world, December 22, 2012.
Mulder would have been executed but he fled instead with Scully....in the meantime, CSM got his head blown off.....
Um, that's about it....
