AH: Jennifer Aniston breaks from her perky Friends role to play an unhappy housewife in The Good Girl. And she says it’s a welcome change.

Jennifer: I had to do it for myself. Truly, that wasn’t to prove to people that I can do more than Rachel on Friends. It was to prove to myself that I’m, y’know, I can do it. If it was going to crash and burn and blow up in my face, I would rather do it right now.

Jake’s Character ;) How long have you had a husband?

Justine: Seven years.

AH: Aniston’s character gets pregnant by a store clerk played by Jake Gyllenhaal. Their plan to run away together gets cut short. Aniston says working on the movie and Friends at the same time was the hardest thing she’s ever done. But there’s another big challenge around the corner. Directing a future episode of Friends.
