David (v.o.): And of couse she's married to Brad Pitt. Dubbed People's Sexiest Man Alive not once but twice. They've been called Tinseltown's 'nicest glamour couple.' In her new film, Aniston plays Emily. The girlfriend and manager of a wanna-be Rock Star - becomes famous when he's picked out of obsucrity to become the new lead singer of his favorite band.

JA: What I love so much about their relationship is that they love each other enough and she loves him enough to say 'You have to experience this and I'm gonna take care of myself.'

Clip of Rock Star - Getting in the bus and limo

David: I thought at times it was kind of bittersweet though because she does sort of descend in this world and wallow a bit before she figures out 'I got to get out of here.'
JA: (that) This isn't working for me...
D: Right.
JA: Right. I think it's sort of that 'be careful what you wish for.'

Clip of Rock Star - not gonna mention what it is cos it might be a spoiler

D: Did it ever resonate for you with your own life. I mean, because obviously y'know, you wanted to be a movie star and yet --
JA: I never wanted to be movie star. I mean it was never about Movie Star. I just remember going to see a play and saying 'I wanna do that. I wanna be able to let people feel something.'

Rock Star clip - Chris and Emily in the car - her comforting him.

D: Brad gave you guitar lessons as a recent birthday gift. Do you wanna play the guitar? You wanna be a Rock Star?
JA: I would love - (teasing) I wanna be a Rock Star.
D: You do?
Ja: (laughs) Well, you--
D: No, but there's so many actress that do.
JA: I think everybody -- there's a part of them who would have loved to have been like -- a member of Hart (chuckles) Y'know?

Friends Clip - Season 6 opener.

D (v.o.) : Although she has been widely praised for her comedic talents. Aniston reveals that there are somethings about acting that still doesn't come easily.

D: I read that you used to be afraid to go to movie auditions. Is that true?
JA: Used to? (laughs)
D: Still? But you don't have to deal with it anymore, do you?
JA: I was afraid -- (sarcastic) Yeah, no. I don't have to ever go to audition. They just come to me. No of course I do. People still have to go to auditions, don't they? I'm I the only one? I still get nervous before our shows. I get butterflies. But I love that. It's fun.

Friends clip - It's a new one. Phoebe and Rachel.

D (v.o.) : Aniston and the rest of the cast are back at work on Friends. Now in its 8th season and possibly last season.

JA: As far as I know, right now - this is our senior year.
D: And it's not just a marketing ploy that you guys are saying....
JA: No. We signed up for 2 years, 2 years ago. And this is our final ....one....
D: And why?
JA: Because there's come to a point when it's done, it's done.

NOTE: It might sound like Jennifer's saying it's the last season but she's really stating that as for contracts go, this is the last one - there hasn't been any contracts signed for a 'go'

Friends clip - a new one. Rachel and Monica. *very funny When Monica finds out whether Rachel is pregnant or not.

D (v.o.) : But it's not over yet. This season, Aniston's character is pregnant. Leading to lots of speculation about whether she might be too.

JA: Our crew memebers are even coming up to me and congratulating me and I'm like 'Guys, we're not pregnant.' Y'know? So..but in time, maybe, y'know...
D: You are quoted musing with Brad that the timing's interesting and might be....
JA: Hmmmm....
D: Might be fortuitous.
JA: Not gonna happen (chuckles) Not yet. Good god.

Friends clip.

D (v.o.) : Instead with the stars of Friends perhaps ready to walk away with their estimated 18 million year contracts, Aniston is looking at her future.

David: I read where you said that, "Life's sort of like rock climbing." That you kinda go on the first tier and you take a break...
JA: (deep breath) Yeah...
D: And you keep on going.
JA: And you look up and there's this new other, y'know level to go.
D: So what are you looking up now?
JA: It looks pretty good. It's clear skies (laughs) No storms coming in as of yet. Pretty smooth face.

Reporter: I'll say. The movie Rock Star opens today. The eight season of Friends opens Sept 20
