One theory Which in a way dose not link with the others but in a way dose. Is the theory that vampires are just people with a disease that affects there blood and to live they need to replace that blood regularly. In the this theory was in the Film Blade in which the disease affected the bloods ability to carry hemoglobin (which carries oxygen) IF vampires did exist then this would be the only
realistic cause that abides by law of physics and other stuff we know.
It is also possible that this could also go along with all the other theory's
in that people who had the disease formed the clans.
