Season six of Buffy the Vampire Slayer kicks off on Sky One with a major hurdle to overcome - the death of the show's star which happened at the end of Season five. Since Sarah Michelle Geller remains a prominent member of the cast, its safe to assume that creator Joss Whedon has found a way to bring Buffy back form the dead. But how? And what will the consequences be? Once she's back, can Buffy get used to running the household as well as going back to school? And how will she cope with the worst romance of all - kid sister Dawn's first romance? It's clear that life isn't about to get any easier for Buffy.
The rest of the demon bashing Scooby gang are set for some changes too. Anya gets hitched to Xander and Willow continues to push the boundaries of her witchy powers, while Giles will fade away into a new spin-off series. And spike finds he can hit people again.
