Graham Miller (Bailey Chase), was a friend of Riley and also a T.A. They shared a room, and also were in the initiative together. Graham was the quiet one; he never said much, but he did his job and he did it well. He stayed with the Initiative, after Riley was kicked out and after they discovered Adam. Even after the Initiative diabanned, he kept ties with the government. He disappeared for a while, but reappeared when Buffy called for help when Riley's heart was in trouble ("Out Of My Mind"). He got a doctor for Riley, and told him he belonged with the government, not with Buffy. After that, Riley worked with them for two more instances without Buffy and the scoobies' knowing (in "Listening To Fear" and "Into The Woods"). The Graham invited Riley to go in a top secret mission for killing demons in south africa. He and Riely left and haven't been seen since. ("Into The Woods")
