"Yes Rudy, Marc is coming along just fine. His progress in the past week has been just wonderful. Believe me Rudy; I've watched him very closely in thepast week. So far there is no sign of rejection at all. I'm sure if it were going to happen it would have stated before this. That's what Jaime has said anyway."

"Speaking of Jaime is she still working with Marc on his school work How is that coming? Has he gotten caught up on all of his work.”

"Yes, in fact they are in the dining room now. She says he's doing very well, more than ready to go back on Monday. All we need is your approval.”

"Well I'll be by this afternoon to check on him. Then everything will be turned over to Michael. How does 2:00 sound?"

"That sounds just fine. We'll be here. It will be pretty quiet too Mary is taking Joey shopping for shoes. It seems he outgrows them faster than we can buy them. And Danny wants to go to the library."

"How is Joey doing?"

"He's doing great. He hasn't had a bad day for some time. He even will answer you if you ask him a question. It is also remarkable how far he has come in just the little bit of time he has been here. I'm sure the school has a lot to do with it, but I have to give Mary a lot of credit too. She has been fantastic with him."

"Well she is great with autistic kids. It is her specialty. Anyway I'll see you at 2:00.”

"Yea see you then."

Just as Oscar hung up the phone the doorbell rang. He went to the door. A strange man stood there he held Matt by the collar of his shirt. "This young man says he lives here."

Matt wiggled away from the man's grasp and took a hiding place behind his uncle. "You're scaring him." Oscar complained "And who are you anyway?"

"Well that makes us even. He scared me to death, he ran out in front of my car. I'm telling you Mister. If I had been going any faster I would have hit him."

Oscar turned to Matt. "Is that true?"

Matt just looked down at the ground.

"I'm terribly sorry." Oscar said apologizing. "He has never done anything like this before. I'll have a long talk with him."

"I'm just glad he's alright."

"Me too. Thanks for bringing it to my attention."

"You're welcome."

Oscar looked sternly at Matt. "Matt what is going on, why did you run out in front of that man's car?"

Matt didn't answer.

"Unless you can give me a good answer, you will spend the day in your room"

Matt still said nothing, he just looked past Oscar not really looking at anything.

"Ok, up to your room. You are only allowed to come out at mealtime. Understand?"

Matt nodded and headed for his room.

Matt was finishing up the last of his schoolwork with Jaime in the diningroom when Oscar walked in.

"How's he coming Jaime?"

"He's more that ready to go back to school Monday. I think he's even aheadof the rest of the kids in his class."

"That's great. Rudy is stopping by this afternoon to give us the nod on going back to school."

"I'm sure it well be just fine."

Oscar sat at the table beside Marc. "Marc do you know what has gotten into your brother? He just ran out in front of a car."

"Honest uncle Oscar I don't know. We used to share everything, now Matt has hardly talked to me since I got home."

"I sent him to his room and told him to stay there for the day. Listen I don't let it get you down pal we all have adjustments to make.”

"I guess your right. It's just that we were so close."

"I understand. Marc. Matt will come around, you just wait and see."

"I'm sure he will."

"I know he will. Well I'll let the two of you finish up. I have some work to do." Oscar said and left the room and headed for his office.

"Marc, you finish up the last of your math problems, I have something totalk to your uncle about."

"Ok Jaime."

Jaime walked into Oscar's office. "Oscar can I talk to you for a moment?"

"Sure, have a seat."

Jaime sat across form him. "I think you were wrong to send Matt to his room."

"Jaime I need to discipline him in my own way."

"I don't think he needs discipline. I think he needs understanding. Did he tell you why he ran out in front of the car?"

"No, that's why I sent him to his room."

"Well maybe we can figure it out. Look Danny has always been special because he is so smart, Joey has gotten extra attention because of his autism. Marcand Matt were kind of caught in the middle. Maybe a little special because they are twins."

"I'm listening, go on."

"Now we made Marc different from Matt. Maybe Matt is trying to hurt himself so he can become bionic too."

"We can't let that happen."

"No we can't. You really need to explain things to Matt. Tell him that he just fine the way he is."

"Maybe I will go have a talk to him?"

"I really think it would be a good idea. Maybe we can find one of Matt's special qualities and go with it. Something he likes something that will make him special too.”

"I think you're right. I'll ask him when I talk to him."

"You said Rudy was coming? What time?"

"He said he would bee here around 2:00"

"If you don't mind, I'd like to stick around for him. I need to talk to him about something."

Oscar removed his glasses and looked at Jaime "Is everything ok?"

"Oh yes everything is fine. It has nothing to do with bionics. Just something I need his advice on. Nothing major."

"You are always more than welcome to stay as long as you want."

"Thanks Oscar I appreciate it."

While Jaime and Oscar were talking Steve pulled up. He looked up to watch a plane fly overhead. That's when he saw Matt walking along the edge of the roof. He knew it was Matt, they had learned quite sometime ago to tell them apart.

Acting a quickly as he could but not wanting to use his bionics in front of Matt he ran to the garage, going a quickly as he could with out bringing unwanted attention to himself. He grabbed a ladder and leaned it up against the house. He climbed up it and caught Matt just as he fell. He climbed back down the ladder with him.

Jaime and Oscar were still talking when the door to his office banged open.

"Steve what's the meaning?"

"Do you know where I found this guy?"

"Where?"

"He was doing a balancing act on the roof. I caught him just as he was about to fall. I got a ladder out of the garage and had just climbed up to get him."

"Thanks Steve."

"Don't mention it."

Oscar turned to Matt. "Alright young man I want you to go to your room and think about what you just did.I'll be up in a bit to talk to you."

Matt went off to his room.

"I don't know what I'm going to do. Jaime seems to think that Matt is trying to hurt himself so he can be like his brother."

"I believe it more now." Jaime added.

Oscar looked at Steve. "I hope no one saw you."

"I looked around pretty good. I don't think they did. I would have just climbed up, but I was afraid he would fall before I could get to him?"

"I appreciate it Steve. I sorry I sounded as if I didn't. It's just not you and Jaime now, now I have this little guy involved. I shudder to think of someone doing to him what they have done to the two of you."

"I understand Oscar. I hate to say it but maybe Rudy was right. You jumpedi nto this with out thinking."

"I wonder that myself sometime. Well if you will excuse me I need to go talk to Matt."

"I need to get back to Marc."

"I'll just sit here with no one to talk to." Steve pretended to sniffle. "Nobody cares about poor ole Steve."

Jaime and Oscar turned to him

"Aw! The poor baby." Jaime laughed.

"Laugh if you want. Boo hoo boo hoo."

Oscar and Jaime left the room laughing.

Jaime went to the dining room Marc had finished his math and Mary had brought him some cookies and a glass of milk.

Oscar went upstairs to talk to Matt. Matt was sitting on his bed looking out the window.

"Matt. Listen I need to ask you a direct question. And I want you to tell me the truth. Are you trying to hurt yourself?"

Matt turned to his uncle and slowly nodded his head.

"Matt I like you just the way you are. I don't want you to get hurt. Marc didn't want to get hurt. He just happened to be lucky enough that I know the right people to help him."

"I know that uncle Oscar. Marc and I are identical twins. That means exactly alike"

"You and Marc are exactly alike."

"Not anymore more, we aren't." Marc cried.

"It's not any more," Oscar corrected. "In fact the best way to say it would be 'we aren't the same any more’."

"I want to be just like Marc."

"I told you, you are. You still look just alike. Marc we need you to help us with your brother."

"Really. How?"

"Because you are identical that means you will grow at about the same rate. The bionics your brother has now, he will outgrow. We will need to go by how tall you are as to determine how tall we should make Marc. Do you understand?”

"Yea, I guess your right?

"I know I am. Now if I'm not mistaken I heard Mary say that lunch was ready right before I came up here."

"After lunch can Marc and I go play with Jimmy?"

"You can but Dr. Wells is coming by to see Marc for just a bit, then I'll send him over. OK?"

"I guess so. What's for lunch?"

"Let's go find out."

Oscar and Matt joined Marc, Danny, Joey, Steve and Jaime at the table.

"Joey get new shoes." Joey said, as Mary sat him in his chair at the table.

Oscar looked at him. "That's right. Uncle Oscar needs to give Mary money for the shoes too. He's talking more and more, isn't he?"

"He sure is" Mary noted happily. “His teachers say he is doing quite well."

"I can't believe the progress he has made in just the short time we have been here." Danny added.

Joey looked up from his sandwich and smiled.

Everyone stared at him in amazement. Then the smile was gone.

"The school does wonders with him, and then I try to do the same thing with him they do."

"He is doing good."

After lunch Steve gave Danny a ride to the library. Matt went over to Jimmy's to play and at 2:00 Rudy and Michael arrived to give Marc on final check before he went back to school.

They had fixed up part of the basement as a makeshift lab. Oscar sat at the kitchen waiting for the three of them to come back up and give him the verdict."

"Ok Marc. Let's see how you are doing. I don't want you to use bionic strength unless it's absolutely necessary, understand?"

"Yes Michael. I think so."

"Ok now I want you to take the ball and throw it against the wall, without throwing it through the wall, Ok?

"I'll try." Marc took the ball from Michael.

"Pretend you are in the school yard with your friends and you are all playing ball."

"OK" Marc tossed the ball against the basement wall. It bounced off the wall and came back to Marc. Giggling he caught it, and continued the game."

"Ok, that's great. Now let's get in a little batting practice."

Michael handed Marc a bat. "Ok, now I'm going to pitch the ball to you. You hit it once again without wreaking your uncle's house.

Marc continued to giggle. He was enjoying the game. Michael tossed the ball. Marc hit it. Once again it hit the wall without doing any damage.

Michael turned to Rudy. "By George, I think he's got it."

Marc laughed even harder.

"Looks like your going to do just fine." Rudy said. "Michael, he's all yours."

"Rudy, are you sure this is what you want?"

Marc watched the conversation between the two doctors. His head went from one to the other as they spoke.

"No not really, but I have to do what I feel is best for Marc. You know as well as I do the attachment Steve and Jaime have to me. I want Marc to start that attachment off with you."

"Rudy anytime you want to be there for his tests just say so."

"Believe me I will." He ran his hand through Marc's hair. "Just try to stop me."

"I wouldn't even hear of it."

"See that you don't. Marc anytime you want to talk to either one of us we are there for you."

"Ok"

"Let's go upstairs and tell your uncle the good news, that your all set for school tomorrow. Michael and I both agree."

"I'm ready." They headed upstairs.

"Well he's all set. Everything is a go from this end. Marc can go back to school Monday, with no problem. "I am just amazed at the progress he has made."

"That's fantastic Rudy. Yea, we're all a little amazed."

Sunday pretty much passed uneventful Oscar decided to take kids to the zoo. It was a nice fall day and they all deserved a little time off. He asked Steve Jaime and Rudy to go with them. He also thought it would give Rudy a chance to observe Marc in a normal environment. Without Marc realizing it, Marc seemed to be a little stiff and nervous around Rudy.

Marc and Matt had a great time "Let's go see the monkeys." Matt said. and the two of them ran ahead of the grownups.

"He is doing very well." Rudy noted, as he watched Marc race with his brother to the monkeys. "He seems to hold back quite well. I don't think he will have any trouble in school. If he does we can always consider tuning down the strength till he's older."

"Do you think that's a good idea Rudy?" Steve said sounding concerned. "I mean just how strong is a seven year old supposed to be?"

"We have the perfect guide. Matt. We could gauge it by him."

"I see your point there."

"I'm not saying that's what I'm going to do. It's just a possibility, if Marc has problems later on. I mean if he throws the ball through the school building we may want to consider it."

"I don't think that will happen. He does a pretty good job controlling it."

"I agree with Steve" Oscar added. "I think Marc will do just fine."

At the end of the day they were all pretty well tired. The twins went to bed as soon as they got home. They were asleep in within seconds of getting into their beds.

The next morning everyone was up early for the big day. Marc could hardly wait. He was anxious to get back to school and see his friends.

They had just finished breakfast when they were all startled by a sharp knock at the back door.

"That's odd." Oscar said as he rose from the table to answer the door. "Most people use the front door."

He answered the door. There she stood. Gretchen Winter.

"Aren't you going to ask me in?"

"I though my attorney told you to not bother me anymore."

"That is before we got a report from Marc's teacher informing us Marc has not attended school for three weeks. However Matt has been in class."

"Marc has been out sick. I told the teacher that. We just got the approval from his doctor saying he could return."

"I spoke to Marc's paediatrician. He informed me he hasn't seen Marc for a month. Care to explain that?"

"I am taking him to a different doctor. One that works for the government,he's the only one I trust."

"I'll tell you want I think. I think that you abused Marc and it has taken this long for him to heal. Further you have just given me just cause to remove all four children from your custody. Please stand back."

"If you so much as touch any of these children."

"Your idle threats don't scare me." With that she reached down and grabbed Joey out of his seat. "You three come on!"

Danny stood up. He turned to his brothers. “Come on guys, let's go. It will be alright."

"I have wonderful homes for all of you." Gretchen said as they left thehouse. "We will first stop by the office so I can call them and tell them we are on the way."

Before he got out the door Danny turned to Oscar and winked. Oscar went straight for the phone, and dialed.

"Good morning Federal Bureau of Investigation. This is Pam. How may I helpyou?

"Pam this is Oscar Goldman at the OSI get me Bill and get him NOW!!!"

"Yes sir Mr. Goldman."

"Oscar it's Bill what can I do for you?"

"Bill my nephews have just been kidnapped by a woman from the Department of Children and Families."

"Ok Oscar we'll get right on it. Give me the details."

"Her name is Gretchen Winter. She is driving a blue 1973 Ford Crown Victoria. License plate number lkj123." She said she was stopping at the office before going anywhere else.”

"That's where we'll pick her up then. I'll take personal charge Oscar."

"Thanks Bill, I'll be at OSI headquarters in five minutes."

"OK see you there."

Gretchen Winter pulled up in front of the building that housed the Department of Children and Families. “You boys come with me. I need to make a phone call to the families I have picked out for you to let them know that you are coming. That way they can be ready for you."

"Families" Dan raised his eyebrows, you mean we won't be together?"

"It was hard enough to find a home willing to take the twins. I worked my buns off pulling that one off."

"And for that I commend you:" Danny said a hint of sarcasm in his tone.

"I'll thank you not to take that tome with me young man. Now come along."

Danny watched as the men moved in. Gretchen paid in no attention. She got out of the car. They were on her in an instant.

"Ms Gretchen Winter?" Bill Webster said.

"Yes, I'm Gretchen Winter, how may I help you?"

"Ms. Winter you're under arrest for the kidnapping of Daniel James Jenkins, Matthew Jacob Jenkins, Marc David Jenkins, and Joseph Patrick Jenkins. You have the right to re…"

"Arrest? You are mistaken. I work for…"

"We know who you work for. The question is do you know who Oscar Goldman works for? I suggest you invoke your right to remain silent. You have the right."

Oscar sat behind his desk waiting for word. Russ walked into his office.

"Any word Russ?"

"Bill just called. He has the boys they should be here any moment. Ms. Winter is in custody.”

"That's the best news I've…" He wasn't able to finish the sentence. Bill came into his office. Matt, Marc and Joey were with him.

"Where's Danny?"

"He had a little trouble with his asthma we dropped him off with Dr. Wells."

"I'll go down to check on him."

Bill turned to leave the office, and collided with Steve and Jaime who were coming in.

"Oscar" Steve began after Bill left. "Why didn't you call us?"

"Yes Oscar" Jaime agreed. We are very upset by this."

"The bureau needed to handle it. It is a federal matter. The FBI is the best to handle it. She is in custody. I know why she took them. She wants to control 7.5 million dollars. Remember, that's what Danny go in his settlement with the Clarkson's. By the way, I am leaving Washington."

"What!!" They both exclaimed.

"I have to. I will find another place to live. Out of Ms Winter's jurisdiction.

"Oscar you can't let her push you out of your home." Jaime protested.

"Look that's not all I'm concerned about. Obviously Marc's teacher turned me in. Ms. Winter as much as said so when she kidnapped the boys. Besides I think we could all use a fresh start. Go somewhere where no one knew Marc before."

"Maybe you're right. Just so long as you're not doing it because of her."Jaime said again.

"Don't worry, no one will push me around. I have been considering it since Rudy performed the surgery. If you will excuse me, I need to go check on Danny. Will you two watch these guys?"

"Sure we will." Jaime responded.

Oscar left his office and walked down the corridor to Rudy's lab.They had just completed Dan's treatment.

"How is he Rudy?"

"Him? He's fine. Just a bit too much excitement he'll be fine."

"That's good. The other kids are fine too. I am keeping them here at OSI until I can find a new place to live. I'm sure she won't be in jail for two long, if she serves any time at all. I will ask Jaime to home school the twins. I can keep Dan in has school. Security is very tight around there. They don't even let the parents in."

"I'll call security and have them open that wing we never use. I'll also place a call to the Secret Service They will guard the kids of dignitaries alot of times. I think you qualify for that."

"Well we don't have to worry, the other kids are not going to leave this building. I will go out this afternoon and look for a place. I was thinking maybe of Arlington."

"Arlington is very nice. And it's not to far from DC"

"Close enough to work and Dan's school, yet out of that old biddys way."

"You want us to watch the kids?"

"I would appreciate it."

"No problem". Rudy turned to Danny "Dan you still haven't worked with me. How about starting now?"

"I still won't change my mind. I faint at the sight of blood."

"Well if you didn't fain, would you reconsider your training?"

"Maybe. You don't give up do you?"

"Not at all. Dan it’s very important Michael and I have a young protegé waiting especially now that your brother is bionic. He is going to need someone to take over when Michael gets to old."

"Well I'll have to think about it. I just prefer the law. In fact I'll be working in the district attorney's office this week instead of going to school."

"Does your uncle know this?" Rudy sounded very concerned.

“No he didn't" Oscar said just as he was ready to open the door.

"I told you about it last week you signed the permission slip and everything."

"I guess you’re right. Dan I don't know if I want you away from the security at the school or not."

"Like I said Oscar I'll call the Secret Service, explain to them what's going on, and I'm sure they won't let anything happen to Danny"

"OK but only if someone is with you."

"OK."

"Where are you going to look for a house?"

"Already have my eye on one. It's in Arlington. It's perfect. It's in the country. I can hardly wait to see it. I have an appointment with the realtor at 2:00 if I like it I'll show it to the boys. Steve and Jaime said they would watch the boys for me. In fact I'm going to drop Dan off at school, that way Jaime can work with the twins. And Mary will take care of Joey."

“Come on Dan I'll give you a ride to school. I'll send Russ to the house toget your school stuff."

They walked back down to Oscar's office.

“Jaime I'm going to Arlington to look at a house. I want the boys to go toschool, but I'm afraid to send the twins to their school. I'm sure that she has her henchmen there ready to pounce.”

"I'll teach them today. What about Danny?"

"I'll drop him off at his school. I'll have Russ watch him until we can arrange for Secret Service protection. Are you up for that Russ?

"No problem Oscar."

Oscar Russ and Danny walked into Dan's school. Oscar went over to the receptionist’s desk. "I need to see the headmaster please."

"What seems to be the trouble Mr. Goldman?"

"I just need to see him, it will only take a moment."

"Well he's busy, but I'm sure he can spare some time."

She stepped into the headmaster's office. "Mr. Goldman needs to speak to you."

"Send him in."

The headmaster stood up as they came in. "What is the problem Oscar?"

"I have this woman from the DCF all over my case."

"Would that be a Ms. Gretchen Winter?"

"That's the one."

"She's called here at least a dozen times today."

"I figured that. She took the kids this morning. I had the Bureau get them back and arrest her for kidnapping. I'm sure she made bail. What did she want?"

"She wanted me to call her if Danny showed up for school."

"You won't call her?"

"Of course not."

"This is Russ, he is going to stay with Danny for the day."

"I understand. Dan will be working with the district attorney today."

"I know that."

With that Oscar left Russ to take care of Danny, and Danny to go to his classes.

"Well Dan?" The Headmaster stated. "Are you ready to go to work? We have acar for ready to take you.”"I sure am."

Oscar got in his car and headed for Arlington VA.

Gretchen sat in her car across the street from the school. 'Ok, if I can't take them all at once, I'll take them one at a time.' She said to herself.'I can wait.' She took a sip from the coffee cup she held. 'Arrest me for kidnapping? I'll show him. You don't intimidate me Mr. Goldman.'

Jaime was having an awful time with the twins. Every time she turned her back they would switch places on her.

"I don't know if you two are aware of this or not but most of us around here can tell you apart. Now let's get busy and get your school work done."

The twins groaned and started doing their work.

Danny left the school by the back door where the parking lot was. Jeff Tinker, the headmaster at the Richmond school drove Danny downtown so he could begin working with the district attorney.

"Danny" Jeff Tinker said, "this is District Attorney Jackson Groves. You will be working with him this week. Instead of coming to school you will report here. Jack will sign this paper saying you were here everyday. Feel free to ask him anything you want. Then I expect a full report first thing next Monday morning."

"Yes Mr. Tinker. I think I'm going to enjoy this"

"Ok Dan. Let's get started. So you're interested in the law?"

"Very much so."

"What area of the law intrigues you?"

"I really want to be a district attorney like you?"

"Oh you're after my job?"

"Yes sir."

"Well why don't you come with me. I have to meet with a judge about a case.You just might find it very interesting."

"Great, let's go."

Oscar pulled up in front of the big Victorian style house the realtor was there to greet him. He was a rather heavyset man. He wore a dark blue suit that was rather tight fitting. His thick black hair looked as if it needed a good washing.

"Oscar Goldman?"

"Yes."

"I'm Victor James. I'll give you the grand tour. Growing tired to the city?"

"You could say that."

"Well come on in. This place has been on the market for sometime now. I think we can talk the owners into a quick sale."

"Great, let's have a look."

Victor showed him all over the great house. It had three bathrooms not including the master bath. Five bedrooms, and a small apartment in the back of the house that Victor said worked very well as servant quarters.

"This is perfect I love it. I want to show it to my boys but I think I will put a bid on it."

"We'll go to my office and make the arrangements. Just follow me."

Oscar followed Victor to his office to signed the papers.

Rudy walked in to Oscar's office back at OSI "How are you doing?" He asked Jaime. "I heard from Oscar that he put a bid on the house?"

"Really?"

"He says it's perfect."

"I just hate to see him leave Washington"

"Arlington is not that far. Just across the line."

"I guess your right."

"Where are Marc and Matt?"

"They went with Steve to get ice cream. He said they would be back in just abit."

"Your honor" Jackson Groves was arguing. "You can't do this. Look I know you have it in for me, but you can't throw this evidence out."

"I can and I will" The judge stated.

Danny watched the conversation as if it were a tennis match. "Stop it you two, stop it."He turned to the judge. You mean you're going to let a criminal go simply because you don't like the attorney representing the state? If that's the case, what's the use? My uncle and his friends want me to be a doctor. I think I will do just that. At least in that I can go into research. Work by myself. I'm not going to work my butt off only to have my case overturned by a judge he has a grudge against me."

The lawyer and Judge were dumbfounded. They watched as the young boy who had just put everything into perspective for them stormed out the judge's chambers.

"Russ, I want to go back to school I need to talk to Mr. Tinker. I want to change my major from law to medicine."

Russ called for a car to pick them up and took Danny back to school told Jeff Tinker he wanted to change his major.

Gretchen finally got her nerve up and approached the school. She opened the door and stepped inside.

She walked over to the receptionist. "I am Gretchen Winter I need to see Daniel Jenkins. I am with the Department of Children and Families. I have anorder to remove him from his home.”

"I'm sorry, Ms Jenkins. We can't allow Danny to go with you, order or not. You see your order is only from a family court. We have a Federal court order to not release him to anyone buy a handful of people."

"I demand you turn Daniel over to me NOW!!!"

Jeff Tinker stepped out of his office. "What is going on out here?"

"Are you in charge here."

"I am."

"I am Gretchen Winter. I need Daniel Jenkins."

"Weren't you arrested earlier today for kidnapping him?"

"That was a mistake."

"I'm afraid it was not. YOU are trespassing. I need to ask you to leave this school at once!!"

Dejected. Ms. Gretchen Winter left the school.

Oscar arrived back at the OSI.Everyone was waiting for him. Rudy told him the wonderful news that Danny had changed his mind and would be a doctor rather than a lawyer.

"I have good news too. I got the house. It's mine. I can move in right away.We are leaving tonight. Steve, Jaime I need your help."

"You got it."

"As soon as it gets dark I want you, Steve, to go to my house. There are several big boxes in the basement. Fill them up with our clothes. That's all I want. The rest of the things we will buy when we get there. I don't want a moving van in front of my house. I'll call a realtor in the morning and put it up for sale. Everything will go with the house."

"Oscar are you sure this is what you want?"

"Yes it is. I have thought about this for some time now. The house is in the country. Very secluded "

After Steve packed up all of their belongings into boxes, he flew Oscar and his family to a small airstrip in Arlington, VA. "I went ahead and ordered furniture today. I will need your help again to get all the rooms ready for us to live in."

"We would love to." Jaime and Steve said together.

A week later Oscar and his family were all settled into their new home. Oscar had hired an attorney and was planning on adopting his four nephews as his own.

Gretchen Winter walked up to Oscar's house in DC. She had four policemen with her. She banged on the door.

A tall thin woman with red hair and yellow teeth answered the door. "May Ihelp you?"

"I am looking for Mr. Goldman and the Jenkins children. They live here."

"No ma’am. I live here. I just bought this house yesterday. I believe the original owner was named Goldman. Only I don't know where he went."

"You mean they moved"

"Exactly! Now I will thank you kindly to leave my home."

Oscar dropped Danny off at the Richmond school "You have a good day. Russ will pick you up at 3:00 and bring you to work with Rudy."

"Sounds great uncle, I mean, dad."
