with Sitwell Housing and is offered a position in the company in Phoenix. Buster
tries to do Michael's job, but has an anxiety attack from trying to do it.

father in prison. George claims it was to protect Michael from going to jail

Trying to escape, GOB runs into the warden who has found his letter and has him

complain about the situation. George and Lindsay hears about it as well. (Plot:

criticizes him for not letting GOB have his free bananas from the stand.

At the model home, Michael
tells GOB he’s selling the yacht and gives him 48 hours to vacate it. Lindsay
is planning a birthday party for her mother, but Michael learns his mother

her father that Lucille had been hiding gold krugerrands in the energy bars to
smuggle into George in prison. Lucille bursts in to stop them from talking,

He loses the case and has to pay $300,000 in damages. He meets the Bluth family
at the penthouse to discuss George, but he wastes most of their time on a phone
call. He has arranged for George to be released on a $20,000 bond for the Living
Classics Pageant on Christmas Eve, but Michael loses faith in Barry and wants
to replace him with Wayne Jarvis. Buster announces his reluctance to stay in
the pageant; Tobias becomes interested in the role. (Plot: “In God We Trust”)
Lucille feels threatened by
Michael and Lindsay getting along. When Maeby appears late, upset that her
parents forgot her, Lucille uses the circumstances to stir dissension between
Lindsay and Michael.
GOB doesn’t show up for the
meeting to spend the morning with Marta. When he leaves her house, he passes by

When Lindsay returns to the
model home, she undergoes yoga to get over her anger but falls asleep. Buster
shows up as well to get George Michael to replace him in the pageant. GM is
interested until he discovers the frontispiece. While packing a suitcase to get

Lindsay wakes up and
confronts Michael, but they realize their mother is the enemy. Over drinks, she
confesses her marriage is in trouble and she’s in debt. Michael promises to

arrival, Lucille re-stirs dissension between Michael and Lindsay before meeting

Returning to the penthouse,
Lucille finds GOB hiding from Marta. Lindsay shows up to tell her mother she
doesn’t need her help, but Lucille stirs her up again as well. Lindsay
confronts Michael at his meeting with Wayne Jarvis only to both discover
they’ve been manipulated again. They turn to Wayne for help, but he walks out
on them. Lindsay reveals their mother is dating Barry and tries to get their

Maeby makes a fake plane
ticket for Portugal (thinking it’s in South America), but GOB finds it and

GM gets self-conscious upon

At the pageant, Michael and
Lindsay find their mother with Wayne and tell them their father is out of jail.
Wayne hides as the pageant opens with GM in cut-offs as Adam. The crowd boos,
but Buster thinks it’s about him appearing with Lucille 2. George escapes in
the confusion with Michael in pursuit and GOB chasing them. Hearing Lucille is
on a date, George rushes back and gets captured by police. The family spends
the holiday in jail and stuck with Barry Zuckerkorn who reveals the bond is

Marta arrives with GOB and asks Michael if he’s seeing or interesting in

In order to split up Tobias and Lucille 2, Lucille invites Carl Weathers to
dinner with them without Tobias. George’s video-taped toast turns out to be one
of his religious videotapes. GOB gets everyone chanting “speech” for one that
never comes. Michael makes a toast to the family and the couples present,

revenge on GOB as Buster gets Annyong enrolled in school. Maeby invites Annyong

telling her that GM thinks she was seduced by GOB, a fact she considers
unethical.
Lupe overhears Buster

Lindsay a secretary and gives Buster a job on the construction site.

returns to work, he notices Lindsay has changed the lighting and sent the

construction site. After Buster starts a fight with him, the other workmen get

family and gets hires them as migrant workers. She leaves GM in charge at the
office and he finds his father’s collection of his childhood drawings which the

Kitty returns to work after
two weeks with her new plastic surgery and asking for vacation time, but

have the authority to fire her. The news gets back to George who talks to
Michael at the prison, telling him that Kitty knows all the secrets about the
company. Michael learns his father paid for Kitty’s implants. George tells

Lindsay confronts Lucille
trying to find out what happened to Nana. Lucille hides the remaining

Michael finds GM hanging out
with his mother during Spring Break while looking for Kitty. He gives GM a job
at the office before finding Kitty at Senior Tadpole’s. He tries to peacefully
hire her back, but she makes the scene a spectacle and walks out of the

In prison, Tobias
psychoanalyzes White Power Bill, who ends up taking his own life. All the

GM is working as a
replacement for Kitty at the office. George calls for Michael, but his son
doesn’t accept it. He then calls GOB to get rid of a cooler marked “Maddas” in
the yacht just before Little Justice appears for George to see another inmate

Lindsay and Maeby turn up at
the office to inform Michael about Nana’s disappearance. Maeby asks GM about
how GOB will make the yacht vanish and how he should be on the yacht to see how
he does it. Remembering how Michael told him to stay away from GM, GOB tells GM

George discovers Tobias is
Dorothy, and he has bought George to confront him over the animosity between

GOB makes the yacht vanish by

decides to go to spite her parents, but she jumps out of the stair car twice en
route.
Lucille calls looking for

trouble they’re in. GOB has the papers he found, but George slips in disguised

he’ll spend time with friends before Michael reminds him he doesn’t have any.
Lucille comes by with news from private eye Gene Parmesan who has been looking
for George. Gene reports he found the stair car abandoned in Encanta, Mexico
before his cigar sets off the fire detector. Michael realizes bringing his
father back can keep him out of jail. GOB starts to think Michael is escaping
to jail to stick him with the business and hires a bounty hunter named Ice to

Returning to the model home,
Michael offers George Michael to ride along to Mexico to look for George, but
he wants to be with Ann. Michael invites her along on the trip as well as
Tobias to bring back his car with the stair car. Tobias, however, has to remain
on call for the Blue Man Group. Lindsay tells him to take GOB, but Michael
refuses because of GOB’s embarrassing chicken dance. He tells Lindsay she can

The Mexican police stage George’s
funeral under the cover he was shot by a guard. His boby is faked by a
human-sized piñata filled with candy, and Kitty attends the funeral.

it. Lindsay meets Ice and is attracted by him. After Lucille has Michael give

Annyong reveals Buster snuck
off to Mexico, and Lucille decides to let Oscar stay with her. GOB comes by

arrives, Ice arrives and reveals that after George fled to Mexico he was

Maeby decides not to attend
the company Christmas party. Lindsay supports the decision in order to attract
dates. Tobias is on call for the Blue Man Group. Michael plans to enjoy
himself, but George Michael is going to be with Ann’s family. Michael confesses
to his father that he’s jealous of GM’s time with Yam/Egg. Lucille calls about

GOB shows up at the offices
for his sexual harassment speech; he particularly threatens violence at anyone
trying to hit on Lindsay. He leaves briefly to tale all the liquor from the

busts his mother’s phony break-in and looks for Oscar who has left on his
annual walkabout attempt to Berkley. He thinks she’s acting out of loneliness

passes off his stuffed animals as “rewards” from the Army to his mother at the

Lindsay gets Maeby out of
school early in order to not miss the company Christmas Party. Maeby ends up at
the Banana Stand where she meets Michael and accompanies him to the party where
GOB tries to force everyone to party. Lucille shows up to report the stolen
liquor. Michael calls Tobias to check on Lucille later at the penthouse, but he
thinks it’s the Blue man Group calling for him and starts applying his make-up.

party, but she dismayed when no one hits on her. She notices the employees
sticking stuff on GOB’s suit. Michael arrives late from the Veal Party. Michael

injuries and resulting deafness after Lucille. Even though Tobias tells them he

stock which reduces their controlling stock in the company. When Michael tries

Zuckerkorn informs Michael and Gob they lost controlling interest to Lucille 2.

then teases Michael for not being able to ask Sally out on it. GOB briefly
chimes in on the teasing before mentioning his paranoia with Lucille

Michael returns to the model
home and finds his father with his arm stuck under the furnace. After
discussing Lucille owning the majority shares, George mentions borrowing money

The family gathers at the

Michael tells his father how
he had to “pimp” out Lindsay to get the money from Jack Dorso and hears from
Maeby that Tobias has headed to the Four Seas Hotel to be with Lindsay. He
unwittingly has to share the package with Tobias to keep him from learning
Lindsay is there with Dragon with Jack in attendance who thinks he’s dating
Lindsay. Stan Sitwell is also in attendance with Lucille Austero with Buster
and GOB following them. The two accidentally crash Michael and Tobias, but when
Tobias learns Lindsay is there with someone, he crashes in on Stan and Lucille
2. Buster and GOB start fighting over Lucille 2. When Tobias finds Lindsay with
Dragon and Jack, Jack has Dragon toss him at Tobias. Embarrassed, Lucille 2
threatens to seel the company and runs off with Stan offering to buy it. Jack

Barry at the courthouse to finalize GOB’s divorce. Michael learns that the
defense in Barry’s case is his old flame Maggie Lizer, who turns out to be
pregnant. Michael meets with her and starts speculating her child might be his

On a date with Sally, Michael
tells her about his possible child with Maggie Lizer, but she thinks he’s just
not looking for an excuse to break up with her. At the model home, Lindsay also

Lucille shows up to complain

sample from Maggie but they instead get one from Loretta. Lindsay discovers
Maggie purchased a fake pregnant belly. She finally claims the baby is

George sneaks into the
penthouse disguised as Oscar letting him know it is okay to hide and tells him
that he’s his father, but Tobias comes to the conclusion that Oscar is his
father. He confronts Lucille with the revelation, and she snaps out of her

GM and Maeby take Ann to meet
Lucille who is distraught over losing Buster. Ann shows Lucille the power of

Michael takes Maggie home to
the model home to meet GM, but when he checks his messages, he hears about the
fake belly and turns on her who flashes her huge belly at him before departing.

bunch of cats trying to re-catch “Amy’s” lost seal, but he gets noticed by

Taylor and Officer Carter. They reveal it is their baby that Maggie is

In court, Barry tries to
prove Loretta isn’t fat, but it turns out she’s pregnant. When she goes into

lonely for company, but when George Michael and Maeby come up to the attic
looking for camping supplies, he hides. Michael comes up to send them back
down, and George tries to get Michael to not have GM on a Promised Land outing

dissuade GM from attending Promise Land, Maeby learns she can get out of school

also suing for the price of the seal he released. Michael tries to let GOB know
that if the marriage was never consummated that he can have it annulled, but

Tobias meets Carl at “Burger
King,” but he learns Carl only wants the rights to the family for an episode of
Scandalmakers. When he hears George’s role is the only one not filled, Tobias

to cheer him up, but Lucille gets the idea to take GM to Motherboy, dressing

Tobias searches the attic of

Michael learns from Buster
that Lucille took GM to Motherboy. After realizing they’ve only found a shark
that bit off part of the seal, they go to rescue GM. After accidentally
rescuing a young boy, Buster realizes that Lucille would have changed costumes.
He goes to the roof to zip-line into Lucille’s room, but he falls and crashes
into the room of the earlier boy. Discovering Buster’s hook landing without

Lupe starts feeling sorry for

Lindsay “cleans” the house by
putting several random objects in a bag she dumps in the attic. She finds
Polly, one of her old dolls to sell on EBay, unaware its one of her father’s
“friends.” As he peruses the bag, George becomes a Christian reading from one
of Ann’s Christian brochures. (Plot: “Immaculate Election”)
At the office, GOB disrupts a
meeting with his magic tricks. Michael fires him, but GOB fires him instead,
still thinking he’s president of the company. When GOB calls security to throw
Michael out, he’s the one who gets dragged out of the office. Michael runs into
Maeby and accidentally reveals that Tobias has moved out of the model home.
When he asks as to why she’s not in school, she momentarily uses her “Marry Me”
distraction on him before claiming to be running off fliers for GM’s election.

for the job, Tobias turns in a resume. Starla fears for her job. Ted tries to
suggest moving to a new floor to save on rent, but Tobias strong-arms him out
of the office. He accuses Michael of trying to control everything. Michael stars

GOB visits “Ancient Chinese
Secret” for a Chinese Viagra and instead buys a Chinese sword for his act.
Still banned from performing, he tries to get Michael to help him in his act,
but Michael turns him down. Michael goes to teach George Michael to drive, but
he also discovers his father making a video to keep his presence known at the office.

Michael instructs GM how to
handle the stair car, but with his pains getting worse, he has GM drive him to
the hospital. His pains turn out to be appendicitis requiring surgery. Tobias
promises to keep the office going, and Lindsay promises to teach GM to drive.

GOB drafts Buster to be the
starring performer in his act. They meet Tony Wonder at the Gothic Castle who
lets them know he’s the main act. During the show, GOB accidentally chops off

George gives Tobias his
recording for the company, but he has no idea what he’s doing. Lindsay teaches

Michael wakes up from his
surgery and discovers that Lindsay and Tobias have defied his requests. The
doctor wants to keep him longer for an infection which complicates things when

GOB and Buster meet with Tony
to get a part of his up-coming video but when all he wants is Buster, GOB
reveals his identity and announces he’ll be doing the real trick. (Plot: “Sword

Michael wakes from his second
surgery and hears he may have to stay longer after Dr. Stein reveals he might
have left snippers inside him. Lucille and GM show up to reveal the FBI is
investigating the video. Michael leaves to make sure the company is okay ahead
of Tobias bringing the FBI trying to talk to Michael only to discover his empty

Michael finds the offices
abandoned only to realize Ted went ahead with moving the company a floor down

Lucille reveals to Michael
that Oscar wants to throw her an Anniversary Party. Buster thinks it’s a ploy
to increase her importance to him. GOB is interested in the party until Lucille
nixes his plans to bring back Franklin. Lindsay reveals GM’s intention to give

GOB pulls his ventriloquist
dummy, Franklin, out of storage in the attic and finds out that it’s where his
father has been hiding. George procures his help to get a limo and take Lucille
to a church to repeat their vows. (Plot: “Meet the Veals”)
Michael drives GM to see Ann
and meet their parents. He tries to get their help to curtail GM getting serious
with Ann, but they like the idea of the two getting together. Michael then
plans to have the Veals meet their family to disapprove of them. He invites GOB
to the Anniversary Party and has him bring Franklin. (Plot: “Meet the Veals”)
Tobias hurts his ankle trying
to imitate Mary Poppins. (Plot: “Meet the Veals”)
GOB drives his father in a
limo to the party. When George says hello to Tobias, Tobias realizes his
disguise fools no one. George has GOB dose Lucille and kidnap her for the
church. When GM learns the party is to break up him and Ann, he notices Mrs.
Veal kissing Michael and runs off to find Ann. Michael then rushes to find them
after exposing Tobias disguise as Mrs. Featherbottom. At the church, Oscar
fights George for Lucille’s wife as Pastor Veal attacks Michael for kissing his
wife. GM decides for himself he’s not ready to be in a committed relationship
with Ann. The police arrest Franklin as an accessory as George flees in the

Lindsay into having another intervention for Lucille, but they change their
minds after their failed attempt a year earlier. GOB is upset he is not getting
magician jobs since Philllip Litt embarrassed him while Tobias is grousing

portrayal of him in “ScandalMakers.” Lindsay decides to lash out at Phillip
Litt for exploiting young girls. She hits GOB several times for accusing her

home to knock-out his father with Franklin soaked in ether. Tobias tells
Lindsay about his plan for moving to Las Vegas, but she decides they should

holds it up, getting photographed by a traffic camera with Michael’s face over

uses the traffic camera picture as grounds to have Michael arrested. After

follow through and turn in their father. He discovers washing Franklin with ether
washes all the color out of him. At the penthouse, Lucille breaks up with Oscar

At the theater, Maeby finds
GM protesting “Dangerous Cousins” with Ann. GM returns to the model home and
learns from Buster his father is in jail. Lindsay arrives upset with Tobias and
tells GM to pursue love. Maeby arrives to reveal the press has proved positive
for the movie. She kisses GM, but as the living room sinks lower, they share a
bigger kiss. GOB shows up looking for George who he had hidden under the house.

Michael to his arraignment, but GOB shows up to reveal their father escaped
again. The confrontation turns to a fight with Lindsay coming to face Kitty,

from the “Sons And Dads Reunion Project” and thinks it’s from George trying to
contact him. Michael learns from Barry’s assistant that Barry has been visiting
his father in Reno and goes there to find him. At the model home, he cancels

Michael finds Tobias working
as a waiter in the Swallows Restaurant/Strip Joint in Reno. Tobias confesses he
wrecked his life leaving Lindsay for a role he didn’t get and that Kitty left
him two days prior. Michael tells Tobias that Lindsay might want him back, but
he also realizes his father might be in Reno as well. He calls Lindsay to tell
her he found Tobias and gets her to want him back by implying he doesn’t want
to come back. She drives the stair car with Michael and Maeby to get him back. (Plot:

Tobias calls Lindsay against Michael’s
advice to tell her he misses her, but she turns back to Newport until he starts
using Kitty to make her jealous and then she starts driving to Reno again ever
faster.
Looking for his father at the
theater, Michael runs into Barry Zuckerkorn and fires him as the family lawyer
for lying to him. Eavesdropping nearby in Blue Man make-up, George hears that

Lindsay arrives in the stair

is nearly run off the road by Rita’s uncle, Trevor, trying to keep him from

unsure about his feelings for Steve, and while scolding him for trying to

With the model home about to
be empty, Maeby makes her date with Steve Holt who George Michael informs is

At the penthouse, Tobias and
GOB reveal that Michael kicked them out of the model home, and George and
Lindsay believe he did it to shred the evidence secretly. They change Buster’s
party to one that appreciates Michael. They decide to invite Rita to the party.

Lindsay picks up Rita with
the truck, but she gets scared and tries to escape. Buster sees the seal on her
backpack and accidentally hits her. After she passes out, GOB gives her a
roofie to make her forget the attack. They leave her on a park bench. (Plot:

Michael leaves the model home
to get Rita. Maeby shows up to see it set up as Steve arrives. Before Steve can
call off the date, Maeby finds herself trapped in the situation. (Plot: “Forget

Missing Rita, Michael calls
to meet the family at the penthouse as they remove all references to Rita.
Michael finds Rita confused on the park bench and renews his date with her.
Planning on blowing off the party for Buster, Michael gets trapped into staying
as Rita comes up to the penthouse looking for him. Buster rushes in with his
letter informing him that the conditions of his medal have him re-enlisting. Michael
confesses he lied to Rita about his family because he was embarrassed of them,
but he also hears in passing about them trying to abduct and then successfully
drugging her. Buster tosses his medal out, puncturing his father’s balloons

GM returns to the model home
where Steve Holt is passed out in his bed. Maeby slipped him a roofie to keep
from having sex with him. She discovers Steve is her cousin. (Plot: “Forget Me

Michael tries to save the
scorched records from the car fire started by his father’s escape. He learns
Lindsay’s dirty talk with Bob Loblaw used up their retainer which he expects
her to pay back. GOB convinces Michael to ask Rita out again. He pulls out

of stamina. He returns to the model home to take George Michael to play ball. GM
announces he’s taking Ann out to buy fabric for a gown in the Church and State Beauty
Pageant. Lindsay hears about the pageant and decides to enter Hope in it to get
Bob’s attention. Tobias decides to chaperone Ann in the pageant. GOB reveals
he’s been a judge in the pageant for years to date the Third Place winners. (Plot:

GOB shows up asking Michael
to help him hide from Steve. Michael asks Steve to be his partner in the
Father-Son Triathlon at the fair. GOB gets jealous over how fast they bond. (Plot:

the Army, and he learns he can get out if someone replaces him. However,

At the model home, Michael
learns Tobias is losing control of his legs, a symptom of his shoddily
implanted hair plugs. (Plot: “Mr. F”)
Lindsay accuses Michael of
neglecting the family since he met Rita. (Plot: “Mr. F”)
Michael meets Lucille, GOB,
Buster and his father’s surrogate at the office for a meeting with Bob Loblaw,
who reveals a mole in the company has tipped their Japanese investors that
their property isn’t ready to start building. Michael wants to be honest with
them, but GOB wants to deceive them with fake miniature houses. Bob warns them
not to deceive them, but George gets an idea to use a jet pack to escape.
Lucille postulates the theory that Rita is the spy. Bob reveals the CIA informant

Rita out for another date, letting GM know he should be expecting another

George sends his surrogate
out to pick up the jet pack delivered to the model home for GOB, but he picks
up the train set. GOB meets up with the surrogate and thinks his father wants
to go through with his miniature house set. At the penthouse, George gets lost
in the access tunnels of the penthouse while Buster takes over the surrogate to
build the houses with GOB. (Plot: “Mr. F”)
At the gym, Frank asks Tobias
to be a mole as Michael meets the Japanese investors, but he takes the
suggestion way too literal. (Plot: “Mr. F”)
Michael takes Rita for a tour
at Paramount Studios by way of the Tantamount Studios Tour Train. He gets a
call from GM confused about the jet pack which he found delivered to the model
home, but Michael tells him to have fun with it. Michael notices her “Mr. F’
bracelet before the Love Indubitably Tunnel where Trevor tries to jump on the
train. Michael breaks up with Rita. The spectacle is reported to Maeby who runs
into Michael, who is so upset he doesn’t realize she’s not in school. He tells
Bob Loblaw who warns him the family is going through with the miniature house
hoax. Michael arrives just in time to realize they haven’t noticed the hoax,
but Tobias wrecks the town in his mole costume as GM appears to stop him. Insulted,
the Japanese investors depart, but then the CIA wire is detected by the
surrogate’s microphone. Their cover blown, the CIA leave the area. Michael
realizes that Tobias was Mr. F, and GOB realizes Buster has been behind the

Michael goes to apologize to
Rita, who is upset because Bob Loblaw had the police investigate her. Michael

George comes close to
discovering Annyong hiding in the walls of the penthouse with recording

At the office, Rita tells
Michael her idea for building houses on the ocean, but because she says it with

put off by learning Rita’s condition. Michael lets Rita down softly before she

trick and disguises him in his own clothes after shaving his head. He calls GOB

After reading what seems to be Gentles’ motivations to get revenge on his

the family getting jobs, but no one takes him seriously. Lindsay reveals she
has enrolled Maeby at Openings. To cover the enrollment fee, Michael has
Lindsay start covering the household duties at the model home. George suggests

Lindsay takes over the
cooking duties at the model home, but she’s not very good at it. George Michael
goes behind her cleaning up after her and turning off the stove. Tobias confides

expulsion letter from Openings revealing Maeby has never attended class there.

Donnie Richter and comes off in a threatening manner to him. Michael makes the
decision to pull GM out of Openings. (Plot: “S.O.B.s”)
While Michael is at the
penthouse, Lucille returns embarrassed to have run into GOB working as a
waiter. Michael is proud of him, but Lucille decides to bar Gob and Lindsay the
homemaker from the dinner. (Plot: “S.O.B.s”)
Tobias gets his job as
“Torture Victim #4” through Maeby. (Plot: “S.O.B.s”)
Michael tells GM he’s pulling
him out of Openings and learns he was actually reading Maeby’s description on
Tobias. When he decides Openings could still be good for GM, Rocky Richter
shows up to defend his brother’s honor after receiving a basket of poison
muffins. Michael confesses he had nothing to do with sending any muffins and
Rocky departs suspicious. Hearing his father threatened his teacher, GM decides
his father doesn’t respect him and walks out on him. (Plot: “S.O.B.s”)
Because of her bill at the
Balboa Club, Lucille is unable to get the club to cater the dinner that night
and drafts Lindsay and GOB to cook and serve the food which is completely
inedible. Andy Richter shows up, but he passes himself off as his brother
Emmett to get out of it. When George threatens Andy with poison muffins,
Michael overhears him and realizes he was the Muffin Man, although George only
takes credit for the first one. (Plot: “S.O.B.s”)
George Michael apologizes to
Michael who is inspired to be brutally honest about the family and sends them
off with Tobias’s “goodie bags.”
At the model home, Michael
apologizes to GM and promises to pull him out of Openings. GM confesses about
cleaning up after his Aunt Lindsay. Michael promises to listen more to him, but
when GM announces he is in love with Maeby, Michael still only gets part of the

George reveals that Jan Eagleman of “Justice TV” is willing to do a mock trial
for the family. Michael feels confident he can represent the family. (Plot:

Michael meets with Jan
Eagleman and actor Judge Reinhold over the mock trial. Jan offers him the role
of the defense lawyer. (Plot: “Fakin’ It”)
Buster allegedly goes into a
coma after getting into GOB’s roofies, but Michael suspects it’s a ploy to keep
him from testifying. Lindsay falls for Brian, whose mother has been in a coma
for two years. Michael reveals he’ll be the defense lawyer for his father on
“Justice TV” which impresses no one except GOB who is intrigued by the TV show’s
talking advertisement for his act. Meanwhile, Dr. Farmer decides to play out
Buster’s coma to see how it goes, but along the way, he tries to encourage
George Michael to entertain the Alzheimer’s patients with small plays. (Plot: “Fakin’ It”)
Michael prepares for the mock
trial as Lindsay shops for her date with Brian. GOB shows up using the magazine
technology in Franklin. Michael reveals the similar house blueprints to the
house in Iraq and notices a secret room in them. When he checks the model home,
he finds that his father has been using their secret room to store the family
mementos, but when he comes across the typo identifying him as “Nichael Bluth,”
he suspects his father is setting him up as a patsy. (Plot: “Fakin’ It”)

Michael confronts his father
about the typo on his birth certificate, but George tries to dismiss it, later

hospital to return the recorder and runs into Wayne Jarvis, the real prosecutor
against his father, who reveals that under the Patriot Act, anything revealed
in the mock trial will be admissible in court. He also encourages Michael to
put George on the stand or else the prosecution will go after “N. Bluth,” who

Maeby escapes to the model
home and hides in the hidden room where GM finds her and tries encouraging her
to do it to make the patients happy, but she decides to do it for the reason of

Tobias and Lindsay check on
Buster at the hospital, but when their bickering starts annoying him, he comes

Judge Reinhold shows up to
film his show, now called “Mock Trial with Judge Reinhold.” Jan tries
interrogating both Lucille and Tobias, who both ramble on unrelated subjects.
GOB is more content during interrogation to play with a magazine. Michael’s
refusal to ask questions annoys George, but when Michael goes to his surprise
witness, Franklin Delano Bluth, GOB takes the stand happily content. Jan
objects, but Judge Reinfold allows it out of amused curiosity. When GOB plays
Michael’s recording inside Franklin with Wayne Jarvis threatening Michael, the
case ends in a mistrial. Watching the show, Jarvis is stunned by the results,
but Jan congratulates Michael and reveals he has promise as a lawyer. (Plot:

Michael and Maeby stage their

heads off to the gym but hesitates to exchange a list of his sexual preferences
with Lindsay. When Michael makes a comment about them, George Michael nervously

GOB comes in to announce his
religious girlfriend (Ann) has broken up with him after he offends her by
confusing the Holy Trinity with a “three-way.” Michael asks him if he recalls
having a sister other than Lindsay, but he has no memory of one. (Plot: “Family

GM shows the marriage license
to Maeby to reveal their wedding was legal, and she freaks out about it. She
tells him to rip it up, but he instead optimistically saves it.
Michael confronts his parents
over Nellie, but they think he’s talking about Tobias. He catches George
planning to erase the company computers with a giant magnet and warns him
against pulling another mass Black Friday firing of the employees. (Plot:

At the hospital, Buster
starts to realize his nurse is a bit of a tease. (Plot: “Family Ties”)
Michael heads to the company
to discover the prosecution has already taken the computers, leaving them with
the out-of-date older models. The employees wonder if it’s another Black Friday
because they haven’t been paid yet, but he assures them that no one is getting
fired. As Michael is struggling with the antiquated equipment, he finds a
reference to Nellie. Confused over his feelings for Lindsay and a person he met
at the gym, Tobias shows up sweaty from the gym and affects the machine.
Michael prints the screen and gets the information from it. Tobias describes
his new attraction as a girl named Michael for an awkward situation with

Lucille returns to the
hospital and finds state Representative John Van Heusen petitioning to keep

prostitute. When Michael tells him that Nellie might be their long-lost sister,

going on a USO Act in Iraq with a new Christian act by his girlfriend (Ann).
He’s drained all the wine bottles and filled them with water for his Jesus act,
a fact that annoys Lindsay who has to get drunk for her relationship with
Tobias to work. Michael learns GOB’s trip was an idea of his father’s (Plot:

Tobias meets with the
prosecution for his audition, but they just want him to give them evidence to
put George Bluth in prison. Tobias refuses to turn against the family
especially after they refuse to see his talent, but he gets distracted by a
scrapbooking class on the way out unaware the prosecution is behind it. (Plot:

GOB arrives in Iraq, but he
is arrested in Baghdad after his magic trick turns into an Anti-American
demonstration. The American troops leave his door open for him to escape and
lead the CIA to anything that incriminates George, but he locks himself up. (Flashback:

Michael confronts his father
about GOB’s trip, but he still insists he’s a patsy. While George tries to come
up with a plan to avoid his deposition, Lucille and Lindsay reveal they’re

actually goes. George is found in a coma on arrival.

Michael and Buster reach Iraq
after an 18-hour plane ride. GOB is glad to see them, and Michael says he will
try to get him out, but he also warns him he could be in prison for a while.
After his release is expedited, Michael gets suspicious, and when GOB mentions
the houses their father wanted them to burn down, he goes to investigate them
only to find they’re replicas of the model home and one of them used as housing
for Saddam Hussein lookalikes, one of them with a scar is intensely watching
the trial progress. Michael checks the air conditioning for them, but he also
stumbles upon a nuclear warhead in their secret room. (Plot: “Exit Strategy”)
Maeby arrives at the model
home and discovers GM preparing her birthday party. She reveals how his
invitations outed her and cost her job at the movie studio. She decides to get
drunk on GOB’s fake wine not knowing it’s fake. (Plot: “Exit Strategy”)
The CIA follows Michael, GOB
and Tobias to the house to arrest them, but on closer examination, the warhead
turns out to be a fake with CIA recording equipment inside it. When the agent
calls it in, it’s revealed that was part of a CIA sting using George through a
British company. The revelation plus Tobias’s photos on the incident exonerates
the treason charges on George. (Plot: “Exit Strategy”)
Thinking she’s drunk, Maeby
confesses she wishes she wasn’t a Bluth, and when he reveals his suspicion that
she was adopted, she gives up her inhibitions and kisses him. (Plot: “Exit

Michael wakes to George
Michael wanting to talk to him about Maeby, but Michael is distracted by good news
for the Bluth Company after “Mad Money” raises the company to “Risky Business.”

During a family brunch,
Lucille announces she has rented a boat to announce in a party that Michael
finally be named CEO of the company. GOB doesn’t attend as everyone wonders
where he’s been living. Michael accidentally reveals that the family could sell
the rest of their shares in the company, a fact that everyone is interested in,
particularly Lindsay, who fears hitting forty. George mentions going to Cabo to
retire, adding that Lucille was responsible for many of the dirty deals in the
company, including stealing the Banana Stand as an idea from a Korean man.

Michael discovers GOB living
on a yacht he purchased by altering his stipend checks. GOB mentions paying off
the yacht by selling his shares to Stan Sitwell, but Michael warns him not to
do it. (Plot: "Development Arrested")
Michael heads to the office
where the employees are celebrating the company’s good fortune. Lucille tells
Michael to buy the yacht for GOB through the company to keep him from selling
his shares.
GM shows up to talk to
Michael about Maeby. He reveals he’s not attending the party because he made
out with Maeby. Michael tries to get him interested in Ann again.

Lindsay meets with Stan
Sitwell about selling her five percent of the company, but he casually mentions
that she got less that Lucille’s real children and that she was adopted. The
fact is a huge comfort to Lindsay when he reveals he almost adopted her, but
when she realizes she’s actually three years older than she thought, she
attacks him. (Plot: "Development Arrested")
Maeby returns to Tantamount
studios to get her job back, but Mort reveals the story on her is too good to
let go, and they want to do a TV series on her if she can get the rights to her
family. (Plot: "Development Arrested")
Lucille reveals to Lindsay
that she’s adopted. (Dialogue: "Development
Arrested")
Michael wakes up in the
middle of the night with Lindsay in his bed. Mounting him on it, she remembers
his praise to her over the years and announces to him that if she doesn’t get
divorced and remarried in another month that she’s going to sell her shares.
She asks Michael if he’s interested, but when he responds he’s not interested
in older women, she beats him up. (Plot:

2006, February 10, Sunday
Michael
wakes up to Tobias in his bed. He wants to sell his shares, but Michael
convinces him to take a job with the company as an events coordinator rather
than sell. (Plot: "Development
Arrested")
George
Michael goes looking for Ann at her family’s house, but her uncle reveals she’s
been living with her boyfriend. (Plot: "Development
Arrested")
Michael
heads to his mother to confirm Lindsay was adopted, and Lucille confesses that
Lindsay (formerly Nellie) was the girl in his baby photo adopted just to cheat
Sitwell. Michael reveals that the family is falling apart with everyone trying
to sell off their shares, but Lucille decides to have everyone sign a waiver
keeping everyone from selling for ten years. (Plot:

Tobias
reveals he’s planned the party at the Queen Mary bar, unaware the location he
has chosen to actually the ship welded to the dock in Long Beach.

GM
goes looking for GOB at the yacht and discovers Ann has been living with him
the whole time. Upset at him taking Ann, George Michael punches GOB and knocks
him out. Later on, Ann thinks they should make things right with George Michael.
GOB plans on performing a big illusion on the Queen Mary. (Plot:
"Development Arrested" / Flashback: "Colony Collapse”)
Buster is terrified by the ship, and
Maeby tries getting signatures for her TV series while Lucille tries getting
signatures from the family to keep them from selling their shares. When GOB
hears how Lindsay plans to marry Michael, he tries to get even with Michael for
sending GM to the yacht and flirts with Lindsay himself. She beats him up too.

Lucille has Maeby gets the signature she
needs, but she actually has them sign her own release forms. (Plot:
"Development Arrested")
In his speech, Michael praises his
family for staying together and facing their fears, but he starts breaking down
after realizing he’ll be forever saddled with them. When he looks for George
Michael, GOB mentions how he hit him for taking Ann, and Michael goes to look
for him. Lucille tries to stop him unsuccessfully. Stan Sitwell in attendance
comments on the spectacle, and Lucille sells the company to him. Sitwell
eventually sells his shares to Lucille 2. (Plot: "Development

Michael catches up with George Michael
with the yacht. (Plot: "Development Arrested")
GOB notices the SEC advancing on the
Queen Mary in boats, but when Lucille faces George for selling her out, she
discovers it’s really Oscar in attendance. When she wonders who turned her in,
Annyong appears and reveals he did it to avenge his grandfather from whom
Lucille stole the Frozen Banana franchise. Lucille tries to escape by
high-jacking the Queen Mary and heading out to sea to escape the SEC, Buster
falling overboard and getting reunited with “Amy’s” seal, but Lucille turns the
ship around in order to have the last word with Lucille 2 watching the
spectacle from her apartment. As a result, the Queen Mary capsizes. (Plot:

Michael catches up with GM on the yacht
heading out and tells him he’s not really related to Maeby because of Lindsay’s
adoption, but that their relationship would never have worked anyway. They’re
caught in the backwash of the Queen Mary, but when George Michael considers
going back, Michael remembers the cashier’s checks he was going to give out to
keep everyone from selling their shares and they keep going out, spending the
night in Cabo with George. (Plot: "Development Arrested")
2006, February 11, Monday
Michael
and George Michael reach the harbormaster's lodge in the
aftermath of the Queen Mary. G.O.B. asks George Michael for his approval to be
with Ann. He doesn’t get it but thinks he has. George Michael meanwhile talks
with Maeby trying to get her parents’ attention and decides they shouldn't be a
couple. Maeby decides to fail out of high school to get her parents' attention.
Tobias learns everyone thinks he’s gay, but he still dismisses the fact he
talks funny. (Flashback: "Colony Collapse" / "Señoritis")
Lindsay realizes her relationship with
Tobias is over and walks away from it. (Plot: "Indian Takers" /
"A New Start")
John Beard mentions the "opening
ceremonies of the Winter Olympics" (Background: "Indian Takers")
Barry
reveals the charges to Lucille, who after hearing that Buster fell overboard
comes up with the excuse she was trying to rescue him. When Buster instead
confesses she stole the boat to escape the SEC, Lucille is taken to jail. (Plot:
"Queen B.")
After
the Queen Mary incident, Oscar begins his association with several characters
and starts his own colony out in the desert near the Mexican border using a map
drawn by Buster. They burn the signs thinking the border is further south. (Flashback:
"Double Crossers")
G.O.B.
sneaks into Ann's house to break up with her. They have sex, and she accepts
his marriage proposal, but GOB immediately realized he has made a big mistake.
