Monty prudently waited until the redhead was gone before approaching. Happily, his boss was smiling with satisfaction.

"Did she bring another one, Rick?" Monty asked. Rick nodded, and Monty took a look for himself. He whistled softly. "Is that...?"

"Albino cobra. You wouldn‘t believe how cheap," Rick answered.

"That's the third rare snake this week! Where’s she getting ’em from?"

"Dunno. She's coughing 'em up from somewhere. I don't ask, she doesn't tell. Just hope she keeps it up. Snakes sell well."

Monty sighed. Time for the bad news.

“Speaking of big sellers...someone stole another batch of kittens."
