He thought of going back to his apartment to feed, but he knew that he wouldn't arrive home in time, to feed his demonic hunger. Once the hunger took over, he wouldn't be able to control his actions.

His hunger was quickly intensifying and he knew that he'd have to feed that hunger as soon as possible .

To play it safe he thought that he could snack on a human. (but of course he would only take a bite, just to hold his hungry until he went back to his apartment. To drink prepackaged blood. (no name brand, of course))

He started scoping the streets looking for his meal ticket. Meanwhile thinking of how heavenly the warm, red liquid would taste.

He was just about to walk passed an alley when he caught the scent of human blood.

On instinct he grab the human from behind, not even realizing who it was. He sunk his fangs deep into the soft white flesh.

He didn't even realize that if he didn't let go of the human soon, that they would die. (from lack of blood)

He let go of the human realizing that they were dying. He then realized who he had feed from, it was a petite blond teenage girl. He knew who this girl was, it was Buffy!

Angel was suddenly ashamed and collasped into a crying fit. He cried for what seemed like hours, but it had only been a few minutes.

He realized that he had to get Buffy to a hospital as quickly as possible, before she dies.

A shadowy creature appeared in the alley. Angel then heard laughter. Angel realized that this shadowy creature was a creature of the night.

The creature then came out of Angel's blind spot. Angel recognized that the creature had platinum blond hair and was dressed all in black. It could only be one vampire, Spike!

"It's about blood time, you did what you were destined to do, mate." Spike declared with a smirk.

"Go away, Spike. I'm having a bad night and I have to take Buffy to the hospital before she dies." Angel replied.

Angel fled to the hospital with Buffy in his arms, before Spike could reply.

Angel paced around the hospital waiting room, waiting for the doctors to tell him how Buffy was doing.

He was also thinking about how he would, never ever feed on a human again no matter what. It was the biggest mistake of his existence and that he would regret, for the rest of his life.

Angel then realized that he hadn't called Buffy's friends or mother, to let them know what happened.

After Angel called them, he began to cry again. All the while thinking about if his lover would survive.

Finally everyone arrived. The doctor soon came in to tell them, the news that Buffy was going to be fine and that she would need to stay in hospital for a few days.

Angel visited Buffy every one of those days (well I mean nights, because sunlight isn't his best friend) and every one of those nights he begged Buffy for her forgiveness.

When Buffy got out of the hospital, she went straight to Angel's apartment to forgive him.

She walked in and saw that he was crawled up on the couch crying his eyes out. Buffy walked up to him and gave him a big hug. He then looked deeply into her gray eyes and knew that she had forgiven him.
