[ home ] Hope went to the hospital in New Orleans and learned that she was scarred terribly and met a woman who had been burned herself and had met her in the hospital. She told Hope that she wanted to return to "where the fork meets the river - Bayou De Gar"
Hope decided to go to the Bayou to "where the fork meets the river - Bayou De Gar" and once Bo realised that she wanted to go he wouldn't let her go alone.
While they were looking around they met up with residents Wayne & Earl who told them to get out of the Bayou and mentioned "Swamp Girl" - the same mysterious woman watching their every move.
Billie was given good news that her baby was OK and that she was having a little girl and wanted to tell Bo so she headed down to the bayou to tell him. Unfortunately Bo and Hope had already gone, and the stress of realising the Bo and Hope were together was too much for her and she went into premature labour. Luckily Erline, Wayne & Earl's mother was there and she was a mid wife but it was too late to save the little baby Billie called "Georgia" after finding a silver compact with a "G" on it. Billie had no idea that the compact belonged to "Princess Gina/Hope"

Swamp Girl and Bo Brady. It took awhile for the Powers That Be to find the right actress to play "Swamp Girl" so they kept her face hidden until the actress could be found and suddenly "Swamp Girl" was able to cut her hair.
From here on in it gets a little strange, while Hope was living the High Life as Princess Gina in Lugano with Lily Faversham, Bo was living the low life as a muddy transient trying to win the trust of "Swamp Girl" who could hold all the answers to Hope's past. Little did he know she held more answers than he could care to imagine.
Bo was finally able to win Swamp Girl's trust, however, it took a beating by Wayne & Earl, being attacked by bats and blinded by fire to get her attention....
Once Bo was able to win "Greta's" trust he was able to learn alot more about her. He learned that there were tunnels under the ruins of Maison Blanche and they contained library, the dungeon where John was held captive for so many months and there was a place to change into dinner clothes and having a wonderful meal.
Finally Bo was able to convince Greta to come back to Salem and was joined by Billie who wanted to find him to see if he was alright. Their only problem was that they had to get past Wayne & Earl.
This was no problem for Billie who already knew the guys and was able to convince them to let Bo, Greta and herself leave. Once Billie knew that Greta knew her secret though, she had to make sure that Greta returned to the Bayou or else she would lose Bo forever.
Greta returned to Salem with Bo and before she could run away again she met up with John Black whom she remembered as Father John and decided to stay.
