Two detectives are ambushed by a gang of terrorists led by the sadistic Swan. One detective is murdered
and Nettles, another cop, arrested a beautiful terrorist. In order to save his lover, Swan threatens to detonate
bombs on an hourly basis throughout the city. Nettles seeks the help of a bomb expert to grasp Swan who, however,
escapes and detonates a massive bomb which destroys an entire city block..
