Sweeps are here!!!!! This is the time frame that determines how much networks can charge for advertisig due to ratings. Therefore, they draw in as many people as possible by airing new epsiodes for three to four weeks in a row. These plots are something that viewers have waited a long time for or are very huge events on the show.
