This is my tenth fanfic in this series. Thanks to Kritter who is my new editor.
Summery: Carter and Anna start to plan their wedding.

Carter and Anna told everyone that they were getting married!



" John!"

" What?"

" What do you think of this dress?"

" I think you would look great in it." he said while getting ready for work.

" Really?"

" Yes. I think you should get that dress."

" Wow. That's the first thing we've decided on since we set the date."

" How long have we been planning?"

" A week."

" It will take more than a week to plan a wedding."

" I know, but I just want to get it done."

" We'll be okay Anna we can plan later. Well I've got to go. What time are
you on?"

" Noon."

" Maybe we could grab lunch together at eleven."

" Sure. See ya then!"

" Bye!" Carter walked out the front door. Weaver came into the kitchen.

" How are you Anna?"

" Fine, thank you."

" How's planning?"

" Slow. We can't agree on much." At this Weaver smiled." We have a dress for
me but that's about it."

" What has he said to that?"

" He says we can't plan a wedding in one week."

" He's right. Just keep on top of things. Your wedding is in seven weeks."

" Thanks for the advice."

" Are you working today?"

" Yeah. You?"

" No. I have the day off."

" Lucky. I'm meeting John for lunch at eleven."

" See if you can get him to help you plan stuff then."

" I'll try."

" I'm sure you will." She turned to leave. " Good luck!!"

Anna headed downstairs. As soon as she went downstairs she felt really sick.
She got to the bathroom just in time.

Promptly at eleven, Carter headed over to Doc Magoos to meet Anna for lunch.
She waved him over into a corner booth. " John, can we plan?"

" Sure." he said warily." Let's start with a church."

" Well,where do you attend?"

" St. Mary's."

" Let's have the ceremony there."

" Okay, sound good. What about caterer?"

" There's a quaint little place over by Weaver's house."

" Good. Do you think they cater?"

" We can ask them."

" Okay. If they don't we can always find someone else."

" What about grooms-men?"

" Um....I think I'd like Benton, Mark and Doug to do that."

" Okay. For bridesmaids I've chosen, Carol, Kerry, Maggie and Elizabeth."

" What about Jeannie?"

" Well I can't have the entire hospital be bridesmaides."

" Okay. Oh shoot! I have to go! Love you!" he gives her a kiss.

" See ya tonight John. Love you too." she called after him.

Carter leaves and Anna pays the check and heads to work.

When Anna got home, Carter was asleep. She woke him up.

" Why did you wake me up?"

" I have to tell you something."

" What is it?"

" I was sick this morning after you left."

" What's wrong?"

" I don't know. I was fine one minute, and sick the next."

" And this happened in the morning .......?"

" Yeah....oh my god! You don't think...?"

" Maybe. You should get tested."

" Is it even possible?"

" Yes, I think. We did have sex without protection the night I proposed.
Maybe before then."

" Could you get me a home-pregnancy test?"

" I'll be back soon." He gives her a kiss and headed out the door.

While they were waiting for the results, Anna was very nervous. She hoped
she was pregnant, but then again, maybe not. When the time was up, she went
into the bathroom to check and came out smiling.
" John, we're gonna have a child!"

" Wow! I never thought that....WOW! This is great!"

" Yeah. It is. And we're getting married soon!"

" I am so happy!"

" Me too, me too."
