This is the episode that made me happy to be an ER fan.In this episode Hathaway confesses she still loves Ross. Shelagh dies with her family by her side. After witnessing the wonderful, close family bond Shelagh and Steve shared, Hathaway realizes she must see if she and Ross are meant for each other. She travels to Seattle, Washington, and reunites with her soul mate, Dr. Doug Ross (GEORGE CLOONEY - "The Perfect Storm"). The happy couple embrace and kiss.

I was not happy to see Hathaway leave , but if she had to go this was the way I wanted her to go. I just wished we could see the happy Ross family even if it was just for a few moments.
