An uneasy Dr. Corday (Alex Kingston) confronts her accusers during a tense, day-long deposition when she and the hospital are sued by a paralyzed former patient. A mourning Dr. Benton (Eriq La Salle) meets his nephew's beaten girlfriend (guest star Toy Connor) who informs him about the gangbangers responsible for the murder. Greene is concerned that Dr. Carter (Noah Wyle) isn't maintaining the conditions of his drug treatment program.
