Vincent Crabbe had a small cock.

 

Not just under average, but really and truly small. Over the course of 17 years, he had grown to an unimpressive three inches. And that was measured during peak hard-on status.

 

But Vince was not one to sit aimlessly by and let Mother Nature go unchallenged. He researched for weeks to find an answer to his solution. But things never quite work the way they are supposed to. Vince, a bit nervous at having to ‘perform’ in front of someone else, didn’t exactly have both of his brain cells functioning. Greg had just noted that Vince was preparing to cast the engorging charm…with his wand pointed the wrong way. He opened his mouth to bring that fact to Vince’s attention, when the door swung wide.

 

In stepped Draco Malfoy, who had wondered at the simultaneous disappearance of his two henchmen, and had come looking for them. Vince, in his horror at 1) having been caught out a second time and 2) having another person note the diminutive size of his willy, panicked and hurriedly cast the spell.

 

“Engorgio stabilis!” he shouted.

 

A faint pink light emanated from the tip of his wand…the wand pointing not at his own crotch, but at Draco's. The light shot across the room and hit Draco directly in the family jewels. Draco stared, transfixed in horror at the pink glow surrounding his bits. When the glow died down and faded, the scream that had been building rose up from his gut and fell from his lips.

 

The high-pitched noise was the only sound in the room for long moments. Then Draco's eyes widened and his gaze shot to his henchmen. “I-it’s tingling,” he whispered. Faster than he’d ever disrobed before, Draco had his trousers and his pants down around his ankles, his own seven and a half inches dangling flaccidly in the breeze. All three boys stared nervously at Draco's cock, waiting for the worst.
