Brother-and-sister act Alan and Alex Spaulding
BACKSTORY:
Alan and Alex's parents are the now-deceased Brandon and Penelope Spaulding. Alan and Alex have a half sister, Victoria, who was the result of Brandon's extra-marital affair with his mistress, Sharina.
ALAN'S FAMILY:
Alan has three children. Amanda, the product of an off-screen affair with Jennifer Richards, is the eldest; she left Springfield in 1983. The middle child is Phillip, who is not actually Alan's biological son (Alan raised him as his own because of a baby-swapping incident that occurred shortly after Phillip' s birth). Phillip now lives in Arizona with his wife, Beth Raines, and their daughter, Elizabeth. Alan's youngest son is Alan-Michael, whose mother was Alan's third wife, Hope Bauer.
ALEX'S FAMILY:
Alex bore twins during her affair with Eric Luvonaczek. Unfortunately, Eric gave one of the twins away at birth, and Alex was duped into thinking she only had one child, Brandon, who went by the moniker Lujack. Years later, she discovered that she had another son: Lujack's identical twin, Nick. Lujack died in 1985; Nick is now married to Mindy Lewis.
FAMILY HOAX:
Nick and Lujack have one half brother, Eric's son, Simon, who initially claimed to be Brandon's son. #
