Joey and Phoebe, are just Friends,Joey used to date Phoebe's sister,but that was all...they have a special conection,probably in the future we would see these 2 guys together...
Joey and Rachel.they are not really a couple, but during season 8 Joey admitted he was in love with Rachel, but Rachel turned him down...although they left us doubting the future of this 2 guys with a shocking season finale.
