Bad news.  "Head Of The Class" has stopped airing on Nick At Nite.  Let's hope for a slot on TV Land!

It had to happen eventually.  After four years and over 18,000 hits, we've received our first piece of hate mail:

How can anyone compare this trash to Welcome Back, Kotter?  Everytime I
feel the need to vomit, I watch the show.  It was such an incredibly
stupid show; almost as bad as Three's Company.  Now, Jerry Springer,
that's a good show.

Word to our readers: keep all hate mail to yourselves.  Next time, we'll publish your name and email address for all to see (and for our readers to harrass you, if they wish).  This email does beg the question: if you hate the show so much, why did you search for it on the internet?

Two tidbits:
Joher Coleman has informed me that he's done voiceovers for four McDonald's commercials that will run throughout the U.S.  Keep your ears peeled!

Coming soon: an mp3 (hopefully) of the song at the end of the Russian episode!  Stay tuned.

Also, on a non-HOTC note, "Bosom Buddies" appears to be back on the air!  Yay!!!  It's airing on the TBS channel.  Check your local listings.  On the west coast, it appears to be airing at 3 a.m. on Saturdays.  What is it with burying these old sitcoms in the schedule?

BIG NEWS!!!
"Head Of The Class" appears to be airing on Nick At Nite each weekday at 4:00 a.m.!  It follows, of all things, "Perfect Strangers," which should please any late '80s ABC sitcom disciples (such as us).  Check your local listings for details!

Bad news, folks.  From Pavanbadal:

Sadly, TV Land will not air the show in the Kitschen yet again.  But it is scheduled in its Christmas 48 hour marathon (Dec 21-22), Sunday Dec 22 at 1 a.m. e/p.  They list #107.  Hopefully it will air in the Kitschen sometime in 2003, as it is not scheduled in Oct.-Dec. 

Someone needs to try and get HOTC released on DVD (hey, I can dream, can't I?).

Here's the scoop on "Head of the Class" airing on TV Land.  From Pavanbadal:

"Head of the Class on TV Land August, has been
postponed to October now.  When it airs, it will air in the TV Land Kitschen, which airs Friday and Saturday nights from 12-2am.
Right now the shows are for Aug and Sept:
12am Fernwood 2night, 12:30am Perfect Strangers, 1am Welcome Back, Kotter, 1:30am Square Pegs. 12am starting Sept 14 will be Soap. Head of the Class and Just the Ten of Us are tentatively coming in October."

Great news!!!  A Pavanbadal has notified us that TV Land is to start airing "Head of the Class" in August!  More details as they become available.
