Teen Books

Movie Tie In: Good novelization of the movie. **

The Harvest: Good novelization of first episodes

Halloween Rain: I don't remember reading this one. It's about a demon scarecrow pumpkin dude. **

Coyote Moon: This one was fairly good I think. It was about carney coyote people who seduce the scoobies.

Night of the Living Rerun: I loved this one. Buffy dreams that she's this slayer from Salem 1692 named Sarah Dinsdale. ****

Blooded: Didn't Read

Visitors: This one was an ok read. It was about these wierd student teachers who come to Sunnydale and lead to mischief. **

Unnatural Selection: I loved this one. It was more Willow related about fairy changeling babies. ****

The Power of Persuasion: I like this one because it's about some minor Gods. It's one of the better teen books. ***

Deep Water: Didn't Read

Here Be Monsters: It was a good book. If I remember it was about some family vampires who are insane. **

Ghoul Trouble: This one was ok. It was about some skanky ghoul band chicks that seduced Oz and Xander. *

Doomsday Deck: One of my favorite teen books. It's more creative than the others and very creepy. ***

T

he Angel Chronicles Volumes 1-3: Good novelization **

The Willow Files Volumes 1+2: Good novelization with some cute intros *

The Xander Years Volumes 1+2: Good novelization with cute intros **

How I Survived My Summer Vacation Volume 1: I liked this one. It was a bunch of Buffy short stories that take place after season 1. I think they might try to do it for each summer. You can see what happened over the summer. ****

The Faith Trials Volume 1: Haven't Ready yet.

Adult Books

Child of The Hunt: I like this one. The characters return in other books. The books are like a different entity from the show. Like on Roswell. It's a bunch of ghost hunter people. And if I remember a weird carnival. **

Return To Chaos: I forget about this one. I read them awhile ago. I read so many. It was ok though,

the Gatekeeper Trilogy: Out of The Madhouse, Ghost Roads, Sons of Entropy: I loved these. They're my favorites. They have a ton of stuff going on and they take place in Boston. But beware the trilogies leave you hanging. It's torture! *****

Obsidian Fate: This one was cool. My friend borrowed it and never returned it. It was about the Atzec. History Lesson!***

Immortal: This is a good book. I got the paperback version. It's about this evil vampire named Veronique. Not a bad read.**

Sins of the Father: Another favorite because Pike returns. We all remember Pike from the movies.*** Jealously from Angel. Hehe

Resurrecting Ravana: This one was ok. If I remember it was an evil guidance councilor. But that could be Prime Evil too. *

Prime Evil: One of the ones to avoid. I didn't really like this one. It's about this witchy lady who tries to get Willow to join her.*

The Evil That Men Do: This was a good one. It's kinda sad by the title you can tell. I liked the ancient Rome stuff. ****

Paleo: One of my favs. It's about dinosaurs and it's mostly an Oz/Buffy book. It was less morbid and a lot Jurassic park.****

Pretty Maids All in a Row: Didn't go in sync with the show but I love it. It's pretty graphic book about Spike and Drusilla in the 40's. I love Spike so yah!*****

Revenant: This was a nice book. No particular reason. It was just well written.***

The Book of Fours: I didn't like this one that much. This one jumped around way to much and you're lost for most of the novel trying to figure out who's who. **

The Unseen Trilogy: The Burning : Pretty good. Like watching simultaneous episodes. Can't wait to find out what happens! ****

The Unseen Trilogy: Door to Alternity: It was better than the first and it all started to make sense. I can't wait for the next one. ****

The unseen Trilogy: the Road Home: Loved it more than the first 2! (Maybe cos it got more Spike and Faith.) You have to read it! *****

The 4 Slayer Novels (Serial): Yuck season 4. Spike dies. Don't read them. They are bad. *

Tempted Champions: It's okay. It's not very exciting but it isn't bad. **

The Wisdom of War: Kinda drawn out. A little lengthy. Not enough Spike. But there is Faith. Good but not very exciting. Spike has sex with a nasty water eely demon thing. I'll give it **1/2.

Angel

City Of: Good novelization of the first episode**

Not Forgotten: A good Angel Book about immigrants and a really scary demon. **

Redemption: A lot like that episode last year when Angel became Angelus without the Angelus. Just the Hollywood actress deal. It was pretty good. **

Close to the Ground: One of the better Angel books.***

Shakedown: I really liked this one. It's kind of funny about some rock demons.****

Hollywood Noir: This one was ok. It was less vampireish. It was about a resurrected private investigator.**

Avatar: This one was good. It was about an online demon guy. ***

Soul Trade: I loved this one. One of the better ones. Also helps that the writer lives in the next town from me. I plan on stalking him. j/k. It's really different and the ending is really sweet. ****

Bruja: Maybe the best Angel book so far. Mel Odom does nice work .It's along one which I love cos it continues and it's great cos everything makes sense in the end like a good mystery novel. Definitely read this one. *****

The Summoned: Read it. Don't rmeember much, But I remember it being good.****

Haunted: Not bad. Kinda not that exciting. The explanation is kinda weird. ***

Angel: The Longest Night Vol. 1: Very cool short stories even if they don't match up very well. They follow the gang on Winter Solstice and the stories are very creative. ****

Image: Creative. Fun. ***

Impressions: Do not touch at any price. Doesn't capture Angel's essence at all, boring and without supense. No stars.

Vengeance: Mediocre. A little mysterious but the concept was lacking. **
