Born in Miami to Alex Stone and Steve Kramer, most of Dylan's childhood was spent with only mom, as Steve always seemed to be off on "assignment." He lives for letters from his dad, which come infrequently. Alex knows Dylan's pain firsthand (having been abandoned as a child), and she tries to smooth over any feelings of abandonment that he has. It isn't until Daniel comes along that something is sparked in Dylan for the first time in four years. Never having been a part of any faith, he finds in Daniel something to hold on to -- an answer to his loneliness. By being Daniel's acolyte in the church and discovering faith and the joy it brings, Dylan will finally find his way in the world. For this, Alex is truly grateful, although it will not be a path she will follow.
Max is 12 years old and in Grade 7 at a Catholic school in Vancouver. Max has wanted to be an actor for as long as he can remember. As young as three or four years old, Max would watch children on television and say, "I can do that," "I want to do that!" At age seven, Max persuaded his mother to take him to an agent. Max started working almost immediately -- doing numerous commercials for Crest, Vaseline Intensive Care, etc. He has also been on "Outer Limits."
In his free time, Max plays competitive Badminton, loves basketball and is learning to play golf. But his favorite sport is baseball. In school, Max's favorite subjects are math and music. Max lives in Vancouver with his family -- Mom, Dad, twin sister Jennifer and nineteen-year-old brother Morgan. In the house, they also have two cats, Zorro and Alice, five fish and Max's dog, Eoster.
