·    Arrive in Squamish at your leisure

·    Dinner on your own (maybe some people would like to get together???)

·    7:00pm
Meet and Greet at the hotel. We have the meeting room reserved

·    Some things we could do as part of the meet and greet:

-    Skit

-    Watch episodes

-    Games (Trivia, etc.)

-    Get to know each other ice breaker (Ahead of time each person submits one “fun fact” about themselves that no one knows to a coordinator who then puts all of the names and facts on a piece of paper and everyone spends time trying to figure out what fact goes with what person. A prize could go to the winner.)

Morning

·    Breakfast on your own

·    10:00am
Tour of the buildings from the Hope Island set with members from the cast and crew

Afternoon

·    Question: What are our plans for lunch? Maybe this could be a leisure time with lunch on our own in the town and just “doing our own thing” like sitting on the rocks for me!

·    2:00pm
Softball game – With fans, locals, cast and crew!

Evening

·    5:00pm
BBQ Dinner following the game either outside or in the community center if needed due to weather.

·    Choice: Stay in Britannia Beach using the community hall for music/games etc. OR going back to the hotel meeting room for more episodes.

Morning

·    Breakfast on your own

·    9:30am
Church service at the Hope Island Community Church.

Afternoon

·    Official ending of the Fan Gathering

·    Lunch

·    We have quite a few possibilities here:

-    Trip to Whistler for sightseeing and shopping

-    Ferry ride over to Gibsons, which would be a nice ride with beautiful scenery!

-    Sightseeing in Vancouver

-    Relaxing in the area
