Season Two Guide

• Growing Pains- Open up at a soccer game. Jean is the star player and wins the game putting Bayville in the State Champs. Duncan gets to her before Scott and congratulates her. During the whole episode Duncan is making him extremely jealous. On the way home, Kurt, Kitty, and Scott witness an accident. A car is about to land on a school bus full of kids. Kurt ports to save the driver, Scott, blasts the car right before it hits the bus, and Kitty phases them through a building to avoid cameras and such. Meanwhile, we get to see the new mutants goof around in the yard. While Logan and Xavier are discussing them, Storm walks into the room and shows them the news. Actually, the incident. Later Scott and Xavier discuss about having to hid themselves and their powers from others. Scott talks to Alex via computer a little while later. Alex has an ok control over his powers, and won’t be joining the X-men. At least, not for a while. At school, there is an ensemble introducing the new principal, Edward Kelly. Avalanche tries to impress Kitty by having the scoreboard above fall. Jean catches it with her tk right before it hits anyone. Later outside, after a fight with Scott, Lance tells the Brotherhood now that Mystique is gone, they should “tell” everyone about their powers. At the soccer game, everyone is having a good time. That is, until Lance gets a microphone. He tells the entire Scott about the X-men and Brotherhood. Here is when they really start causing trouble. Braking the ground in half, picking Kelly up in the air, and starting a large fire. Everyone is running around and Xavier tells Storm to come there. Storm gets there and makes it rain. Afterwards, she tells the Prof the secret is out. He wipes everyone’s minds about what just happened despite the protest of Storm. But while in Kelly’s mind, he blacks out. When he awakes we find out that every television station was down because of some magnetic interference. Meaning Magneto is still out there. Since Xavier blacked out in Kelly’s mind, he isn’t sure if he finished the job.
