Kitty is the youngest member of the X-men. Evan though she is young she is very smart. Because she is smart she has been picked on by some of the other students at Bayville and at her old school.
Kitty has the ability to phase into or through objects. So, could stop a machine, and she can hold on to others and have them phase through with her.
