My Latest Project

This page was created on July 23, 2006.

I'm reorganizing a room in our house where I keep my toys and our home library.

Upper Shelves of our Library

Here are the first few shelves of the books I have arranged in order by the Library of Congress Classification System. There are a total of twelve shelves. This is still a work in progress. I have finished working on eight shelves and have four more to go.

Lower Shelves of our Library

Our collection consists mainly of fiction titles. Over the years our home library has grown so much that I will have to store away our paperback books to allow room for our hardbound books on these twelve shelves.

My Lone Ranger books and my Scarlet Pimpernel books are kept in another bookcase at the back end of the house.

Shelf Below the Window

This long shelf below the window facing our side yard holds my Camp Thunder toys. I might put these away later and use this shelf to display my Victorian dollhouse.

The shelves just to the left of this Camp Thunder setup are where I keep my collection of action figures.

UPDATE: July 29, 2006.

Below is a slideshow of 3 images of my Victorian dollhouse. On July 29, 2006 I moved my Camp Thunder set over to the fireplace mantle and placed this dollhouse and the accessories on the shelf below the window.
