Summary: Luis and Sheridan are happily married and have a 13 years old daughter named Katy.

Prologue:
Sheridan was in the kitchen making breakfast for everyone. Luis was in his room-getting ready and as always Katy was still sleeping. Katy was thirteen years old and was the pride and joy of Lopez-Fitzgerald family. Katy maybe thirteen but she was still Daddy's little princess. She was the light of Luis' life and apple of his eye. Whatever came out of her mouth she got it. Luis and Sheridan loved her to death. She was very responsible and very mature. Her bedroom was like a room of a queen.
Luis came out of his room and didn't hear Katy's voice with Sheridan, so he went to her room and saw his angel still sleeping soundly. As much as he hated to wake her up, he knew she had to be at school in thirty minutes so he woke her up. She kept saying "Dad, just one more minute" and Luis just laughed because Sheridan always said the same thing when she was tired. Luis went and sat right next to Katy on the bed and ran his hand through her long hair. She was looking like an angel. He bent down and whispered in her ear "Katy, you have 10 minutes to get ready. You are running late"
As soon as he said, that Katy sat up and ran to the bathroom. Luis chuckled and went to down to the kitchen. Luis entered the kitchen and saw his beautiful wife making breakfast for everyone. She was poring coffee for Luis and herself when she felt two arms around her waist. She rested back in Luis' chest and he softly kissed her and said "Morning Beautiful"
She turned around and saw Luis smiling and said " Morning to you to Handsome" She looked around and didn't see Katy anywhere. She looked at Luis, saw him smirking, and knew he was up to something. She raised her eyebrow at him and he innocently said "What?"
She was about to say something but stopped when she saw Katy rushing down the stairs. She looked back at Luis and then at Katy.
"Katy, why are you in a hurry?" Sheridan asked her daughter
"Mom, I'm running late, I have five minutes to get there!" Katy told her mother
Luis just looked at his two beautiful ladies who he loved to death. 'How did I get so lucky?' he asked him self.
"Katy, you still have 30 minutes until your school starts." Sheridan told Katy as she glared at Luis. Luis just stood there innocently acting as if he had nothing to do with anything.
Katy looked at her father, and pretended to be mad. She kissed her mother on the cheek and went to sit at the breakfast table. She wasn't really mad but she didn't talk to Luis either. Luis looked at Sheridan and pretended to be hurt. He then looked at Katy. As Katy was eating break fast, Luis came and sat next to her. He took her hand in his but she just pulled away still acting as if she was mad at him.
"Princess I'm so sorry. I was just trying to wake you up so I can spend some time with my beautiful wife and daughter but I guess my daughter doesn't want to spend time with her dad"
Katy looked at her father and laughed.
"What's so funny?" Luis asked happy to see her daughter smiling.
" You are" Katy said giggling
"Ohh so you think I'm funny huh" He said as he tickled on her side
Katy quickly got out of the break fast table and ran to the living room. Luis ran after her and Sheridan, well she just laughed at both of them. Luis caught Katy, threw her on the sofa, and started tickling her.
"Ahhhhhhhhh! Dad stop!"
"No can do"
"Dad please! MOM!!!!!!!" She yelled
"Ohh so you think your mom will be able to save you princess, but I don't think so"
"MOM!! Daddy, please stop!!!!!!" Katy exclaimed
"Only if you say you love me" Luis said still tickling her
"Fine, I LOVE YOU DAD! Are you happy now?" She asked her dad
"Yup, and I love you too." Luis said as he got off from Katy and went to stand next to Sheridan.
Luis and Sheridan shared a sweet kiss and Katy just smiled at her parents. They were always happy. Katy got up from the sofa and stood next to her parents, Luis and Sheridan both kissed her on the forehead and hugged each other. Katy pulled away from her parents and smiled at them.
"Dad, we have to go now because we still have to pick up Jess." Katy told her dad as she went to pick up her bag from the kitchen.
Jessica (Jess) was Ethan and Theresa's daughter. Jess and Katy were 17 days apart. Katy was 17 days older than Jess but they always celebrated their birthdays together. Jess was Katy's best friend. She basically lived with Katy and her parents. She only went to her house on Fridays to pick up some new movies. Ethan and Theresa came over all the time as well. Katy and Jess were like twins. Katy had an extra bed in her room for Jess; they had posters hanging on the wall. They had same things. She was like a second daughter to Luis and Sheridan.

Chapter 1:
Luis was waiting in the car for Katy and Jessica to come out of the house so he can drop them of at the school. Katy went in Ethan and Theresa's house to get Jess but didn't come out yet. Luis turned off his car and went inside to get Jess and Katy. Luis went inside and didn't see Katy or Jess anywhere. He went to the kitchen and saw Ethan and Theresa having breakfast.
"Hey Ethan, Theresa" Luis greeted.
"Hey Luis" Ethan greeted as well.
"Hey Luis, do you want coffee?" Theresa asked her brother
"No thanks sis, where are Katy and Jess?" Luis asked
"I think they are in Jessica's room." Said Ethan
Luis, Ethan and Theresa talked for a while, Luis looked down at his watch and saw the time it was 10 minutes before Katy and Jessica's school started. Theresa yelled from the stairs and Jess replied back saying they'll be down in a minute.
Jessica and Katy were upstairs in Jessica's room online talking to some guy who they thought of as a really good friend. They never really talked to him in school but only online. He was cute and very nice. A lot of the girls liked him. Some even asked him out on the second day of school. It was strange because the girls didn't even know him and they were asking him out. Not even face-to-face but by sending notes. Katy thought it was stupid because how can you go out with someone who you don't even know and couldn't even ask him out face-t-face. After a couple of minutes, Jessica and Katy shut down the computer and went down stairs.
"Finally you guys are here" said Luis
"Ohh hey DAD" Jess teased Luis. Jess was very close to Luis. She often called him dad. They love teasing each other.
"Well hello daughter" Luis chuckled
Jess walked over to Luis and hugged him. Everyone smiled at that. Luis kissed her on the head and smiled at her. After few seconds, Jess and Katy were getting their bag packs going in the car. Ethan and Theresa walked them to the car and waved to them as trio left.
Katy and Jessica arrived at their school and were going to their lockers to put the books they didn't need for their first class. Their lockers were right next to; each other and they were in the same homeroom.
A few seconds later Katy and Jessica are talking about something and all of a sudden, Katy had this weird idea. Katy tells Jess about her idea and first Jess protests but then she agrees. They looked right and left and went straight down the hall and stopped, once again looked right and left and quickly pulled the fire alarm down. The whole school was screaming and running out side. The teachers did not know what was going on because usually they announce it when there is a fire drill.
The principal came out of his office and saw Katy and Jess right in front of the fire alarm giggling. Both of them stopped giggling as soon as they saw the principal walking toward them. The principal angrily looked at the girls and pointed his finger to his office. The girls started walking toward the office. The principal closed the door behind him and said, "Would you like to tell me what was going on?"
Neither Katy nor Jess said anything. The principal then said, "I have no other choice but to suspend both of you, I don't want anything like this happening again"

Chapter 2:
Both girls came out of the principals’ office acting very innocent, as soon as they closed Principal’s office door, they laughed and jumped up and down. They were so happy to get in trouble. They started walking down the hall to go to their locker to get their things and head home. After a while, Katy and Jess were at their house. Katy opened the door and didn’t see anyone in the living room or the kitchen. Jess went to the kitchen to get something to drink and Katy went to Sheridan’s room to see if she was still home or at the Youth center. When Katy didn’t see her mother in her room, she and Jessica decided to go to the Youth center to let Sheridan know that they got suspended.
Jess was kind of scared of Sheridan’s reaction and most importantly Ethan’s reaction when he found out about her getting suspended. A while later Jessica and Katy were at the Youth Center shooting balls, since Sheridan was in the storage room cleaning. They still hadn’t seen her so couldn’t tell her about the suspension. As Jess and Katy were shooting the ball, the front door of the Youth Center opened and Katy turned around to see who it was. When she saw whom it was she panicked. She didn’t know what she was going to tell her dad. She looked at Jess and whispered her name, first Jess didn’t know why she was whispering her name, but when she saw Luis her self, and she also panicked. What were they going to do? How are they going to explain to Luis that they got suspended? Katy knew her dad would flip. Both girls tried to stay calm. Luis came up to them and asked “What are you two doing here? Aren’t you supposed to be in school?”
“Um….us…we… Katy was so nervous she couldn’t even get a word out of her mouth. “Talk not burble” said Luis
“What do I tell him?” Katy thought to her self.
”Um, we had a half day today, dad” Katy said hoping he would believe her and not ask any more questions. “Really? Then how come Kay and Jessica are not home yet?” Luis asked
”They probably stayed after for the tennis game or something.” Katy answered nervously.
”Ohh Really? Does the school call your parents telling them that it’s a half day huh?” Luis asked already knowing that the girls got suspended.
”What?!?” Katy was shocked; she couldn’t believe what her dad just said. She knew they never call home unless the child was in trouble.
”Ohh, dad I think that’s the schools new Policy, they call home just to make sure that the parents know where their child is, you know.” “What have I gotten my self into?” she asked herself.
Before Luis can say something Sheridan came out of the storage room and said to Luis “Hey Honey, you’re here early?”
”Yeah I had to talk to you about something.”
Sheridans’ eyes then caught Katy and Jessica standing behind Luis.
”What are you girls doing here right now? Aren’t you supposed to be in school?”
”No, we had a half day today, so we thought we’d come and help you here, you know.”
Sheridan looked at Katy not believing one word, because Katy always told her in the morning or the night before if she had a half day the next day. She then looked at Luis and she knew that he knew what really was going on.
”How come you never told me about it this morning or last night?”
”Ohh, I guess I forgot.” Katy replied, she knew something was going on, she thought her dad might know. She was hoping that her dad or mom didn’t already know that she and Jessica got suspended.
Jessica who had been quiet for a while now decided to tell the truth. She knew she wouldn’t be able to sleep over at Katy’s if her parents found out she got suspended. Ethan would definitely flip.
