The Gunfighter Welcome to another Jamie and Gail discuss TYR. Both of us have bad colds so if we get a little wacky-we'll just blame it on the meds..heehee. Hope you enjoy! NightinGail777: Hi Jamie! Are you ready to discuss The Gunfighter??? JaMarieHickey: More than ready! hehehe Why don't you start tonight since it is a Jimmy ep. NightinGail777: WooHoo!! I love my Jimmy eps. Wasn't he just the sexiest in this ep? I just love that rough boy attitude he has. JaMarieHickey: Ummm....no not the sexiest. Though I did find it very touching when he gave Emma back her watch. NightinGail777: Well-he sure is sexier than Kid!!! It was touching when he listened to the watch and Emma said it was working, and Jimmy said-"you can hear something?" She said memories. JaMarieHickey: No.....not sexier than Kid...NOT possible!! You do realize that Kid saved Jimmy's life in this ep. If he hadn't punched Jimmy, Jimmy would've been killed by Longley and never made it to the third ep! NightinGail777: True Kid punched out Jimmy but, I think he would've beaten Longley anyway-he's just that Good(and sexy)!!! JaMarieHickey: No.....didn't he and Kid fight when they got back to the station too? After they untied Jimmy from the buckboard? Or am I thinking of a different ep? NightinGail777: They sure did. Jimmy was whipping butt when Teaspoon threw water on the both of them. I just love his attitude when he was talking to Longley. I love the way he says apologizing something I only do on Sundays-todays Tuesday. JaMarieHickey: Whatever! Jimmy wasn't kicking butt! I also love that line though. I can think of a few times I should've used it... hehehe. NightinGail777: And then of course Emma comes in and says-"Somebody wanna tell me what's going on here". I love it-she is so strong. JaMarieHickey: She rocks! NightinGail777: Did I mention how good he looked in the sweat lodge scene with Teaspoon? I would love to be in that sweat lodge with him;-) JaMarieHickey: I'm sure you would. I like the look Jimmy gets when Little Sam is talking about getting even with Longley if Jimmy doesn't. Very serious. But Kid is way sexier. NightinGail777: No, No, No-when are you Kidettes gonna learn-there is no comparison-Jimmy Rules!!! I think it is sad the way Longley just guns his dad down after seeing he had such a young son. JaMarieHickey: That is sad. Especially since the dad wasn't even carrying a gun! It seemed like a very unfair fight. And...Kid is the man!!! NightinGail777: I think that is why Emma went to Sam to demand he do something about Longley-then she went to Longley. You know they must have had a past together the way he talks about not being good enough for her and then the way he just grabs her and kisses her. JaMarieHickey: Oh I know! And how he tries to get something more from her than the watch to stay away from Jimmy. NightinGail777: She slapped him hard though-way to go Emma!!! Then we go to where she asks Jimmy to apologize to Longley. Jimmy agrees but ask her never do nothing like this again. Gosh-I love that man! JaMarieHickey: Gee...I never woulda guessed. :) I was a little surprised that he agreed to apologize. Guess he'd have done just about anything for Emma though. NightinGail777: I think he would have. He respected her and trusted her judgement. JaMarieHickey: True. Have I mention how sexy Kid is?? NightinGail777: Well-not recently but one tends to forget about that-now Jimmy on the other hand is very unforgetable!!!! JaMarieHickey: Ummm....how could you possible forget about Kid? Jimmy I could understand, but Kid? NightinGail777: Kid is easy to forget about. Jimmy stays on my mind 24/7 though. Now back to the ep. I didn't expect to see Jimmy shine Longley's shoes..now that one suprised me. JaMarieHickey: Very much! He really gave up a lot of pride to do as Emma asked. NightinGail777: Yes he did. But Longley wanted only one thing and that was a gunfight. I am thankful that Cody and Kid were there to shoot the other two gunmen. JaMarieHickey: Hmmm....Kid saves Jimmy yet again. I see the beginnings of a trend here. NightinGail777: Not-Cody and Kid only made it a fair fight. And Jimmy won-he killed Longley and got back Emma's watch. I think Emma was impressed with him for getting it back-but wouldn't admit it. JaMarieHickey: I think she was too. She couldn't have been too mad, she didn't make him leave. NightinGail777: He was going to at first..then she called to him that breakfast would be ready in 30 minutes. JaMarieHickey: Yeah, that's true. NightinGail777: One scene we forgot to talk about was the fence fixing scene! I can't believe we forgot about that one. JaMarieHickey: OH MY GOODNESS!! How could we forget that??? JaMarieHickey: I do have to say....Ike looks very nice! :) NightinGail777: Jimmy was so sexy without a shirt! Ike did have the best looking chest of them all-I will agree with you on that:-) JaMarieHickey: Kid was a close second! Wow....we agree on something!! hehehe. NightinGail777: I won't tell if you don't.....heehee. But Jimmy rates second in that scene. Those shoulders of his-yummy!!! JaMarieHickey: Ok...we'll keep it between us. hehehe. NightinGail777: Well it's about bedtime for me. I'll be dreaming of Jimmy all night long. Next week we get to discuss Home of the Brave. JaMarieHickey: Ok...bedtime for me too.
