1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
1- 8 ounce carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
3/4 cup milk
Peel bananas and cut into chunks. Place banana chunks, frozen strawberries, yogurt, and milk into blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 1 minute or until mixture is smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses and enjoy!
Cooking oil for deep-fat frying
3 tablespoons margarine or butter
1-2 ounce bottle of hot pepper sauce(1/4 cup)
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup mayonaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons snipped fresh basil
2 tablespoons snipped parsley
1 tablespoon milk
Fresh basil(optional)
Cut off and discard tips of wings. Cut wing at joints to make 24 pieces. Rinse & pat dry. Fry wing pieces, a few at the time, in deep hot oil(375 degrees) for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and no longer pink. Drain on paper towel. Keep pieces warm in oven while frying remaining pieces, then transfer to a serving dish when all is cooked.
In a saucepan, melt butter. Sir in hot pepper sauce. Pour over wings, turning to coat.
Dipping sauce: mix together in small bowl, sour cream, mayonaise, basil, parsley & milk. Garnish with frest basil and serve with wings
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder(not gun powder mind you)
3/4 Teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 cup bannanas mashed
1/2 cup milk
Sift first five ingredients. combine egg, bannanas and milk. Stir into dry ingredients just until blended. pour into a buttered loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees (or leave it out in the sun on a Texas afternoon.) Baking time 50 minutes depending on oven (results will differ when cooked over a camppfire with a can of beans.) Remove pan and let cool on wire rack. This is a great recipe because I screw baking up easy.. and this has never turned out badly! Even Cody would get it right!. I add sprinklings of cinnamon and sugar to the top and it forms a nice crust. Enjoy!

1/4 cup cream (10%)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/4 Teaspoon of salt
8 slices of thick bread (with crust is good)
4 tablespoons butter
syrup, jam or icing sugar
Beat together the eggs, cream, sugar and salt. Dip slices of bread into egg mix and fry in butter. Cook 4-5 minutes on each side. Serve topped with syrup, jam or icing sugar. I havent actually tried making this but it comes highly recommended.

6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 Teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
1 Teaspoon dry mustard
6 slices of bread, crusts removed
1 cup grated sharp cheese
Saute sausage and drain. Beat eggs with milk salt pepper and dry mustard. Place bread on bottom of greased 9X13" (22X33cm) pan. Crumble sausage over bread and pour egg mix on top. Refrigerate for 2-3 hrs or over night. Top with cheese Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 40-50 mins serve hot (like Jimmy) Feeds 8 hungry riders, or Cody.

1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
envelope dry onion soup mix
Combine ketchup, water, sugar, and soup mix. Mix well. Spoon over chicken making sure it's on every piece. Bake one hour at 350 F
