She held his hand tight with fear of letting go. This was it. The final destination. She felt her eyes swell up with tears and her throat throbbing in pain. She could hardly breathe nor think but she knew she wasn't alone and that kept her heart warm and less frightened. Soon, it would all be over and it would end perfectly.

"Logan..." Max whispered in his hear. "We've known that the end of the world was coming to an end tonight since a few days ago, and I couldn't believe that in a couple of days there would be no tomorrow and tonight i can't help but feel that there will be a tomorrow and we'll be living the life we usually do" She explained.

"There can't be a tomorrow if tonight I tell you how I feel about you. I guess the world ending is an excuse to for me to say that I love you and always will. If tomorrow would come, I'd still be living the lie." Logan told her and pulled her in a tight embrace. He breathed in the scent of her hair and smiled, god he loved the way she smelled. So lushious and breath taking. He brought his lips to her neck and gave her sweet kisses which made her giggle.

She pulled away giving him a warm smile,"You know, I still can't believe we're on the space needle. This is the last place I thought we'd be"

Logan took her hands in his, "Well I shouldn't really fear this anymore, it's nothing compared to what's going to happen...." He looked down at his watch, "In a few minutes."

Max closed her eyes, took a deep breath and sat down, "Look at everyone down there, it's total chaos, everyone in the streets are crying and panicking, unlike us for some odd reason"

Logan sat down beside her, "We have each other, most of the people down there are all alone and lost. It's much easier by pair than alone"

Max nodded in agreement, "That's true, and now I really understand why you're Eyes Only, alot of people would of needed you" Max couldn't hold it in, tears fell from her eyes once again.

Logan took her in his arms and held her as tight as she allowed him to. She cried in his chest, "Please don't cry Max, it'll all be over soon..." He whispered.

Max looked up into his eyes, "How soon?"

Before he could answer they heard chanting down below in the streets.

"10!"

"Logan, it's time" She held him tight.

"9!"

"8!"

"7!*

"I love you too, Logan" she whispered.

Logan smiled and kissed the top of her head.

"3!"

"keep thinking about tomorrow..." Logan told her.

Just to hear that Max felt comforted.

Logan brought his lips down to hers and reached for one last kiss.

"1!"

Tomorrow never Came
