In this episode, Otto and the gang start to get fed up with all the rules on the beach. Lieutenant Tice's official, Major Mad Dog Madison flies in to visit. Major Madison then tells Tice that rules are for fools. He then gets rid of all the beach rules, thus yielding fun and freedom for all...or so it seems. When swimmers and other frolickers start getting in the way of the Rockets' surf sessions, they realize that the "no rules" rule is turning the beach into chaos. Otto gets hooked by fishers on the south side of the Pier, and Sam got a milkshake thrown on his head. They then get the idea to show Major Madison that no rules leads to chaos. Otto pretends to be hit by a surfer, Sam raises the riptide warning flag, and Twister plays REALLY loud music. Tice then restores the beach's rules. | ||||||||||||||||||
