During the winter of 97 - 98 we removed the motor, kept it for a spare and built a new
motor, which will accommodate a supercharger. With this new combination it has put us
up in class to Street Bandit in feature races which is run on a pro tree, very competitive
and exciting to watch, and Super Pro which is all bracket racing in the regular circuit.
Although the car ran strong we consistantly made it to the second last round of
eliminations, but were eliminated at this point and obtained no trophy this year.
