July, 3, 2002Havn't updated for awhile, been busy at work and playing with the car. The car is running pretty good so far, just some minor tuning and we should be able to turn some good numbers. The new computer system is working great, a little harder to figure out than expected at first but we are getting the hang of it. We ran the best of 10.7@125mph so far. Our 60ft times weren't very good with the 3.55 gears and the 28" tall tires. So we have switched to 4.10 gears hoping these will get us off the line a bit quicker. Also with the new computer we were able the figure out that our 42lb fuel injectors were too small, so we have upgraded to 150lb fuel injectors. We may also be borrowing a bigger supercharger for some up comming races to see how much faster it will make us.On Canada day we were in the parade in Fort Saskatchewan, alot of people were commenting on the car on how good it looked, I also fired it up a couple times and that the people really excited. At the car show after the parade there were alot of people crowding around the car, and asking alot of questions. I kept hearing alot of people saying " There's that JB's Power Centre car", I kept telling them that it's SPONSORED BY JB'S POWER CENTRE. After talking to a few people about the car they got very interested and want to come out and watch us race. Well that's about it for now.
