Why would there need to be Power Rangers if there weren't any villians to fight? That's where those evil demons come into the plot!

Queen Bansheera: Queen Bansheera is the evil queen who's palace was destroyed on the spot where Mariner Bay is today. She will stop at nothing to rebuild here palace. She didn't have a bodily form until the planets fell into a very rare allignment. Her monster would proceed with a ceremony to give her a bodily form. But, the rangers intervened. The ceremony did not finish, so she was left with an incomplete body. In order for her to have her complete form, she would need much energy. She used all of Vipra's energy for herself and eventually gained a new body. In her final attempt to restore her palace in Mariner Bay, she tried with the help of the Omega Megazord driven by Jinxer to place a circle of enormous stones with her palace in the center. But inside her palace, Carter kicked her into a large stone box. This box was a portal to another world filled of demons that was first intended to free the demons throughout the city. Before falling, she grabbed Carter's arm and pulled him in. He nearly fell, but Diabolico in his spirit form pulled her down the rest of the way.
Diabolico: Diabolico, the original carrier of the Star Power, was very powerful. His only mission was to destroy Mariner Bay. But the rangers got in the way. Aftr that, he also made it his mission to destroy the Lightspeed Rangers. Queen Bansheerea was agitated by Diabolico's many failed attempts. After his last chance to destroy the rangers, he made himself grow so he would destroy them himself! His final attempt failed after the rangers formed the Max Lightspeed Megazord and destroyed him for good. The Star Power left hime and went to Impus. But, he has since returned without his Star Power but wanting revenge. At the time of the peak of his anger, Olympius put a spell upon him that turned him into a mindless drone. He was destroyed along with Olympius by the Life Force Megazord. But he was one of the major key players in the destruction of Queen Bansheera.
Impus/Olympius: Olympius, formerly known as Impus before receiving the Star Power, is son of Queen Bansheera. He received his Star Power after Diabolico was destroyed. He is still young, but when he learns to use his powers, he will have emmense power. Vipra and Loki criticize him much, still treating him as the child he was. But Jinxer for the most part stands beside him and helps him. He was finally destroyed in his most powerful form (a dragon) by the Life Force Megazord.
Vipra: Vipra, another of the demons, was the only female demon until Queen Bansheera returned. She will do whatever to ensure that Queen Bansheera's palace be rebuilt. She was sacrificed against her own will to give Queen Bansheera more power.
Loki: Loki is the sort of hot-tempered demon. He wants things his way, but for the most part, wants to complete the task of rebuilding Queen Bansheera's palace. He was one of Diabolico's most loyal friends. He was destroyed serving his Queen in a sort of suicidal mission, though he didn't know he was going to die.
Jinxer: Jinxer is sort of the "monster creator" and "genius" of the group. He is the one who usually creates the monsters the rangers so frequently destroy. Though he has had many failed attempts at creating a monster to destroy the rangers and Mariner Bay, he has created some that have put up a good fight. He was finally gotton rid of when the Omega Megazord was blown up.
