The Storm Megazord is the first Megazord, used by the Red, Blue, and Yellow Rangers. Lightning Mode (not pictured) is a feature which allows the Zord to become faster and more powerful, although it lasts for only sixty seconds.
The Thunder Zords (not to be confused with the MMPR season two Zords) are utilized by the Thunder Rangers. Apparently it has the ability to steal Power Spheres that Cam sends to the Storm Megazord.
